A nice little bar to chill at and they have awesome food and great service!! One of the first places me and my boyfriend tried when we moved to Scranton and it did not disappoint !!!
I used to regularly go to the Dugout when I lived in Scranton. It’s a friendly little cop bar. The pizza was outstanding. It’s got a very cool insider vibe, but not in a snobby NYC type of way. With the Dugout, you either no it exists and you’re in the club (to enjoy this hidden gem) or you don’t and you’re really missing out! It’s the quintessential neighborhood bar. Here I am leaving a rating for it 14 years after I lived in Scranton because I miss it.
