Change the hours online already. This is ridiculous for a chain restaurant.
All I can say is that my coffee is always on point. Thank you for your service!
My first order was wrong and the remake was absolutely disgusting. Go to the actual Dunkin’ across the street this one is a joke
Workers are pointless. Can’t even put a lid on.
Disrespectful
Once again, it's all about the price. I'm retired and I gotta save money. So yeah, I wish they came up with that better specials. I mean, I don't have the app.Everybody wants the app.But a lot of older people don't want to deal with the apps
I go through this Dunkin donuts at least 3 times a day. So I got pretty relaxed with the staff. And alot of the workers are female. I'm just as relaxed with the male staff. I know there names also. Just as my character in life is to be kind. My heads up to any person going to this establishment do not compliment anyone with thank you honey. Or thank you sweetie. Or the big bad redhead assistant manager will tell you to not be so kind. So I think they respond to arrogant and disrespectful people. I have never been humiliated more in my life for being a nice person. The second shift are Great people. They know my order when I pull in. I tip almost every time I drive through. I'm going to talk to there higher ups. I read another post I don't know how this woman still has a job after spitting in their coffee.
Quick and good
🚨 the owner needs to read this. First off I got to all the Dunkin’s around here for years! Often multiple times a day. I love the Dunkin down the road and you’re staff after 6pm is amazing (as of Jan 2025). 2 weeks ago the regular Dunkin down the road didn’t have Carmel so I thought let me go to this one (we go after work everyday and never had a problem. 7am I get my normal large ice 3 Carmel 2 cream 1 liquid, the cup is not full to the top (about an inch or so) so the coffee is too sweet. Ask the manger Michelle to pls give me a little coffee to add so it will taste right. She proceeded to say no we will remake it- I ask can you just take it and top it off. She says no. Mind you all the other Dunkin’s do not give me an issue with this for all the years I’ve been going to them. I’m paying for something a certain way and remaking it is just a complete waste and honestly I’m trying to make it easier for them to get the line moving. At 7am I have to get to work I don’t have time to argue with this horrible manager who shouldn’t be working in customer service with her attitude tbh. So I tell her fine I have k cups at work and had to fix it myself. Proceed to today (2/2/25 1:30pm), we go through the line and agian the hot coffee and ice coffee are NOT filled to the top, so they are sweet. Go though again ask for coffee to add and they say they will remake THE WHOLE THING. Pull up to the window and the girl there is super nice and explains the can’t give me an inch or two of coffee to fix it myself and they can’t add extra coffee so I take the remade coffee. So I understand you can take back the old one which would have been perfect if it was filled right, just to dump THE WHOLE THING? The manager Michelle is standing there being as rude as before saying she can charge me a dollar for the cup with a little extra coffee?!?! If this is indeed the policy then it’s a huge waste of time and money for all involved. Like I said the evening/ night staff are amazing and as long as you have a manager with zero customer service skills working during the day i won’t be going there and I feel sorry for the nice ones working with her. I spend HUNDREDS of dollars at these Dunkin’s around the area and as the owner you should re consider your policy for remaking coffee that’s a tiny bit too sweet. Have a wonderful day!!!!!!!
Only car in the entire drive through and forgot more than half the order. Then when returned this is what I was given

If you're looking to get employed here don't waste your time, they give you the runaround and play games. Twice I had two job interviews only to be told the manager is not around and come back the next day, what a unprofessional poorly managed business! I've worked at a number of jobs where there was always a supervisor or a manager around. Honestly how did they interview potential employees for the position(s) or train people? I'm surprised this business stays open. it can't be a matter of dress code it's a business operated from within the inside of Dunkin donuts, where all you do is pour coffee or make food and hand it out the window to the customer it's not rocket science people.
Service is terrible. If you want a cup of ice and no product this is the place to go. The rude staff represents the rude manager. I will no longer be a Dunkin customer because of this location.
Your store on mulberry Street in Scranton needs a lot of tending to. Employees do not know what they're doing and are not very polite when there's an issue.
