It's very busy here and I prefer to use the drive thru which is very quick. I don't like going inside where it's small and very packed to the point where you can be standing at the counter for awhile before someone actually notices you. I think they prefer for you to actually use the kiosks that they have set up everywhere and not the actual service counter because no one is in a rush to serve you at the counter and I learned that pretty fast and that's why I will always go through the drive thru cause the wait inside can be pretty long..

Service is good. Sometimes kind of crowded as it is a small space.

I had a disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location due to the conduct of a store associate named Jessica. I stood in the store unattended and unassisted for several minutes while waiting for help. During that time, a donut my grandmother wanted was taken and given to the drive-thru window, even after I clearly stated that we had been waiting for it.
When I spoke up, Jessica responded curtly, saying that it “goes to the window,” and made no effort to apologize, explain further, or offer an alternative. The interaction felt dismissive and lacking in basic courtesy, especially considering a child was involved.
Customer service should involve attentiveness, kindness, and a willingness to resolve issues even small ones. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I believe this situation could have been handled much better with a more respectful attitude and proper customer service training. I hope management addresses this so future customers have a more positive experience

This location has more people working than the customers yet they miss orders..they never care care about customers....looks like brunch of high schoolers working without a manager.. it's not this location..Dunkin donuts doesn't know how to treat it's customers..I hope one day dunkin file for bankruptcy and be replaced with a better one.

So I wait 30 minutes in the drive thru to be told to move to a spot and my order would be brought out to me. 20 minutes and dozens of cars being served after me, I go in for my drink to be handed something that looked like it was sitting there for half an hour. It’s cold and not made properly so I ask for another one. Ten minutes later they give me my drink and it’s still wrong.
Rude, indifferent are words I would use to describe the workers.

If we do basic math 2 medium coffees and 1 small coolatta averaging $3 per drink comes to around $9-$10 yeah? So why did I pay an additional $4.56 (obviously taxes are involved im not mad about that), but how does a 6pc plain hash brown cost $3/4? When I told the girl at the food counter that wasn’t what I ordered and I ordered the loaded hash browns (girl at the counter confirmed my order back to me) the girl at the food counter said I’d need to pay for the loaded hash browns, when I told her I already did she gave me an attitude and said “I didn’t take your order”, I stated “yall need to listen better” bc I was there the day before and they had to refund me part of my order bc they ran out of matcha, which was fine I just went to another Dunkin. However this girl yesterday was extremely rude, to the point I will NEVER be choosing Dunkin again. This is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve had issues with an employee having an attitude. Another time an employee took pictures of me out with a friend at a Dunkin’ Donuts on Scranton Carbondale highway and sent them to my abusive ex who I filed a pfa on to tell him where I was. Absolutely disgusting employee behavior.

This Dunkin used to be my favorite but I don’t know what happened. I always place my order to be ready at a certain time and it rarely is. I’m not sure if they’re understaffed or the service just isn’t good, but it’s impossible to get your order on time. This morning my coffee wasn’t good and they gave me my food frozen. But because it took so long to get my order, I couldn’t stay to ask it to be fixed. So disappointed.

Worst Dunkin experience of my life. Just asked for a regular coffee and made me wait for 10 mins. And staff does not care about the customers. Avoid this store.

This was Dunkin in Dickson City PA. Service was friendly but slow. Drinks were good Food was sub parBagle not toasted with maybe a tablespoon of cream cheese, hashbrown bowl was less than half full and snackin bacon was around 2 pieces all crumbled up. And we has to wait an extra 10 minutes after we paid at drive through. Might have been a bad day
