Went to the drive-thru at 7:15PM on a Friday night. They told me they were closed despite the online hours showing that they close at 8:00PM. This is the second time this has happened at this location. The first time I had arrived 55 minutes before their closing hours listed online.

I was asking kindly what kind of donuts they have and your employee Kathleen was being rude.
Food is typically pretty good, never really had issues with the drinks or anything. What I do have issues with are the ignorant staff that lowkey ruins a small part of my morning everytime I go there to satisfy my morning needs. Really leaves a bad taste in your mouth and I hope management could have a talk with some of them to change their tone over that microphone. Thank you!

I ASKED FOR CREAM CHEESE TO BE PUT ON TO MY BACON EGG AND CHEESE ON A BAGEL AND I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CREAM CHEESE. IT CLEARLY SHOWS ON THE STICKER THATS ATTACHED TO MY BAG THAT I HAD ORDERED CREAM CHEESE. I DONT KNOW WHY ITS SO HARD TO ADD CREAM CHEESE.

Was there last night to pick up a mobile order. Walked in, wasn't ready. I counted 5 employees. 1 girl was actually working, the 4 male employees were doing nothing but talking to each other, ignoring customers. Took me 10 minutes, in an empty storeand telling them , I watched them the whole time doing nothing to get 2 drinks, and get out of the store. First shift there is great. Don't bother on second shift!

Ordered a blueberry muffin to go from Mullbrrry st location. When I went to break open and eat muffin I noticed the inside was not fully baked and looked wet and well under baked. Have to say I was disappointed, but not surprised. Quality control seems non existence at this location. Or worse, just taking customers for granted. Will try to post pic.

The two staff I dealt with were very unprofessional. I walked in and received no greeting or acknowledgment as there was no line. Woman making a drink beside the register just smirked and said nothing until about a minute. I had gone through the drive thru and they got my order wrong, so I had to go in and have it corrected. Sat down while I waited and more dirty tables than clean ones to choose from.

I was unfortunate enough to find myself at Dunkin on Mulberry street yesterday. When I went through the drive thru I placed only a sandwich and an Iced Coffee. They instantly pulled me to the parking lot to await my food… however after 10 minutes they gave me a burnt sandwich. I went inside to ask for it to be remade, and while i was waiting in line I heard one of the managers yelling at an employee… Why would you act like that in front of many customers? What happened to private discussions or professionalism? Anyway after i received my second sandwich it wasn’t awful… just slight less burnt. It took 20 minutes overall. Very disappointed! I callled corporate to let them know how poorly their employees are being treated and how they seem to prioritize their drive thru times to the expense of their own employees.

Absolutely terrible service. I only come here when I don't have time to go over to south side because this one it's the closest to me. I ALWAYS order ahead and still stand inside 15 minutes or more each time. The food is always burnt or cold. The coffee sucks always taste old.
They cant seem to make a latte correctly either. This location is ridiculous. Take your time and drive elsewhere
