They messed up with my first order and when I gave it back to have them fix it they gave me the same exact thing but it wasn't even what I ordered and then they charged me more money $10 for an iced caramel latte. I had to throw it out.

All of the Dunkin’s I have been to , this has been one of the worst. Workers are kind but food was at least a 10 minute wait. I don’t like to be a Karen but this is not one of the best atmospheres. Not to mention it’s right next to a dispensary

I got a sausage egg and cheese on a engilish muffin and there was a piece of paper on it , the got a bacon egg and chesse with in piece of bacon on it ridiculous each sandwich with bacon is supposed to have 3 pieces on it and breads were not toasted, and ordered 2 refreshers with lemonade and got green tea and bacon was stringy wit my snack and bckn order and bagel mini cold in the middle very upset

Cannot put into words how terrible this location is, EVERY SINGLE TIME i go there. I try not to but in a pinch I think , they can handle a coffee on the go, walk in, if I order it 15 mins ahead, wrong. I refer to this location as “skid row”. I’ll drive the couple miles to Davis st.

The worst Dunkin I have been to. Consistently cold sandwiches. Will not be back again, as this is now the 3rd it has happened. They just do not care.
I placed my order through the mobile application, when the girl who attended me arrived first, she didn't even greet me, she was rude and arrogant because I didn't know how to pronounce English, I'm Latin and my English isn't perfect but I can communicate perfectly. Second she gave me the wrong order and she continued to be rude making me wait and she made us go out of the drive thru and I had to go into the store to get my order. And at no time did he apologize for the delay and for making me go into the store and waste my time. and finally my food was burnt and the flavorless coffee was more ice than coffee.

I was rushed to put my order in at the drive through! Bad customer service! Also the coffee was made totally wrong! It tasted like coffee flavored milk! Did not ask for extra cream, and there wasn’t any sugar in it! This Dunkin seems to be consistently bad! Hire ppl who know what they are doing!
