I made a stop at Dunkin this morning. My order was 2 coffee cake muffins, toasted with butter. Usually, every Dunkin messes up my order, so simple, so I stopped going. This time, my order was perfect! I am so happy 😊.

The store is really dirty from the entrance to exit. Sticky tables and dirty bathrooms. The food was mid and my coffee was wrong. The staff were very nice though.

Kudos to Robert for going over and beyond to help me today with a situation that didn’t even happen in his location, but when I called him, he took such a genuine care and concern for what I had went through that I had no other choice, but to give him a compliment if I could do something even bigger than this, I would love to But I also have a son who is in the customer service food industry, and I would love nothing more than for him to treat a customer the way Robert treated me tonight. What’s going on at the Mulberry location is disgusting and criminal and when I couldn’t get anywhere dealing with their management, who I guess was Courtney at least she said that was her name. She was as unprofessional as it gets when I asked for the number for her manager and the name. She told me that I couldn’t have that information , and when I contacted Robert, he had no hesitation with making sure that I got the numbers I needed in order to contact the upper management to let them know about the criminal disgusting acts that are being done at that location

Donut are okay. Sometime it s texture sem to harden as if they were made 2 hours before serving. Stay away from hash brown briquettes. Not wothy.
Parking: Need an upgrade in parking lot and lighting. Place make plenty of business . Not cool hitting holes handling hot drinks.
