I can't have green tea I've said it several times your employees that work the window are rude and there going to get somone sick I have told them I cant have green tea I need my refreshers made with water at birney ave location and davis street and they give u attitude and refuse to remake it

I would give this place zero stars if I could. After a day of snowboarding, I stopped by to grab a drink with my sister and a friend. While we were using the bathroom, an older white woman with blonde hair was incredibly disrespectful and wrongly accused me of going into the bathroom with my sister. I've never felt so disrespected in my life. I will never come back here again, and I would recommend avoiding this Dunkin' because of the poor treatment I received from that staff member.
If corporate sees this or her manager it was a Tuesday night at 7:35pm. 3/4/2025

Every time I order it’s wrong. I get the same thing everyday a medium mocha iced coffee with 5 cream and two liquid sugar. Every morning I get attitude and every person is miserable. No one there acts professional and it’s almost like we inconvenience them when we order. It seems as though they all need to go through customer service training again .

Rude employees. Took 10 minutes to get someone to take my order. Then Got upset cause I want to pay with cash. “What do you want” is not a friendly greeting.
This was my first time here and I order only a large French vanilla iced coffee. There was nobody in the drive thru or dine in. They 1st told me they had no French vanilla then said they said they did, I got the coffee and I am sure they lied just to get us out of there. The coffee was unsweetened and I got extra cream sugar and vanilla. They definitely put unsweetened French vanilla.

I use this location almost everyday, but recently the service has been declining. Ignorant when taking orders and my drinks are made differently every day depending on who makes it. Just today I got a drink and asked for less ice, when I got my drink it was half whipped cream. I paid for a large but got a half a drink and all whipped cream. When I ask for anything to customize, they give attitude. I started to go to other locations but they ask are getting this way.

I wanted to get my grandson a Halloween bucket. I was told that I had to purchase 50 munchkins which are $16.99 in order to get one. They didn't have any munckins left I was told to come back today. I've been a member of Dunkin a long time and go to this location often. I just might go to other locations from now on because hearing from other people, they were allowed to just order the buckets. I was refused to purchase just the bucket. Very dissapointed how this was handled. Not just for me but for my grandchild.
