Every single time I go here the drive through staff is extremely rude. This morning I was picking up a mobile order and needed to order another coffee. I start by saying “I have a mobile order to pick up and I need.” - I get rudely interrupted and told to pull ahead. I say I need to also order a coffee. The employee asks “What is it?” I order it. I get told pull ahead. I get to the window and get my coffee. There was a cop behind me that I wanted to pay for their order so I asked their total. After a few seconds she says it’s not coming up it must be a mobile order and closes the window. No have a nice day or anything.. I pull out and realize they didn’t put cold foam on my coffee but I know they heard me it was on the sticker. I also tasted no cookie dough in my coffee but I could not go back in I was in my pjs and the line for drive through was long now. This is every time I go here I get treated like the employees would rather be doing anything else than working there like it’s my fault. Does the manager not hear the way the employees talk to the customers or do they not care? I’m not saying the workers need to be all rainbows but some kindness would go a long way being a people facing job. This is why I prefer Starbucks, I’ve never been treated this way there.

The employees are always so MISERABLE!!! They didn’t bother to check on my food. I was handed a BURNT sandwich.. couldn’t go back because I was already on the 81-I on my way to work.

Went through drive thru, asked for decaf no sugar, 2 sandwiches and hash browns.. I asked twice no sugar and double checked it was decaf at the window.. They gave me regular with a ton of sugar and forgot my hash browns.

To be honest I everyday went there to get mango pineapple refresher with all flavors but they add green tea I paid for all flavors not with green tea I saw they add green tea when I ask is it with all flavors they said yeah but they are lied 🤥 when I drink the tests is not good so when costumers ask for all flavors just do that because we paid extra for flavor

I can't have green tea I've said it several times your employees that work the window are rude and there going to get somone sick I have told them I cant have green tea I need my refreshers made with water at birney ave location and davis street and they give u attitude and refuse to remake it

I would give this place zero stars if I could. After a day of snowboarding, I stopped by to grab a drink with my sister and a friend. While we were using the bathroom, an older white woman with blonde hair was incredibly disrespectful and wrongly accused me of going into the bathroom with my sister. I've never felt so disrespected in my life. I will never come back here again, and I would recommend avoiding this Dunkin' because of the poor treatment I received from that staff member.
If corporate sees this or her manager it was a Tuesday night at 7:35pm. 3/4/2025

I always get chocolate chip muffins from other Dunkins, but when I ordered from here I was told they don't make them here, only healthy ones ?????
It’s a crapshoot every time you order. Sometimes the coffee is just right other times you wonder if the even listened to your order. You gotta do better Dunkin.

Every time I order it’s wrong. I get the same thing everyday a medium mocha iced coffee with 5 cream and two liquid sugar. Every morning I get attitude and every person is miserable. No one there acts professional and it’s almost like we inconvenience them when we order. It seems as though they all need to go through customer service training again .
