Love this place but would you guy please for the love of god stop training your employees to put the whip, caramel, and cinnamon sugar on the lid?! It’s a hot Carmel craze latte. I pay extra for the Caramel whip and cinnamon so I can taste it when I’m sipping the latte. If the sugar and caramel is on top of the whip in the lid and you put the lid onto the coffee then it’s going into the coffee and not right on top like it should be. It’s the dumbest thing your employees...
While I do understand that drive through is their core business... BUT 5 minutes to prepare my counter ordered drink AND SEVEN minutes to prepare our (in advance) App ordered drink is absolutely ridiculous. Thank goodness we didn't order food nor donuts. You need to do better, Mr Dunkin
Ive never had such Incredibly, great, and friendly service! I absolutely love this Dunkin, it's the best around. My favorite girl Kaylee makes our coffee perfect every time along with the guy Nathen. I'm there almost every night around 8pm.
