the morning “manager” kept messing up our entire order. It was supposed to be a large iced green tea and he gives us a small black coffee. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese with egg on it and he throws a plain bagel not cut in half or anything in a bag. Messed up my husbands order too. Decided to go back another day to give this location another chance and it was the same guy who did it all again. The older lady worker had to yell at him. Called a manager later on and he said that he was a manager . I guess he’s the opening manager for Sunday , Monday, Tuesday , Wednesday and Fridays. I wouldn’t ever go back when he’s there

Waited about 8 minutes after a customer in front of us was taken care of. The employee saw us and walked away. She did not acknowledge us. I guess my skin color was not to her liking. We walked out. I would definitely not recommend this location if you are not white.

Ordered 2 coffees and it took them 15 minutes to make them
Not one single time does my iced coffee ever taste edible any time I give this place one last shot. I’m not sure if they just constantly burn the coffee or don’t do proper syrup to oat milk ratios but it’s always gross. Learned my lesson after my coffee was undrinkable 6x now
