New Foliage is truly my family’s “ole reliable”—the restaurant we’ve counted on for nearly 20 years, and they’ve never once disappointed. No matter how many times we’ve ordered, the food is consistently delicious, fresh, and made with the same care we’ve loved since day one. It’s the kind of place you keep coming back to because you know exactly what you’re getting: generous portions, great flavors, and a comforting reliability that’s rare to find anymore. Whether it’s a quick weeknight dinner or a treat-yourself moment, New Foliage has always come through for us, and it’s become a staple in our family’s routine. After two decades of loyalty, I can honestly say they’re the best at what they do.

Nice people, place is a little creepy. Rice isn't brown like in the pictures and the chicken tasted old and nasty

Food is great. My favorite Chinese spot in town. Delivery is always super fast and they don’t put chunks of onions in the rice ! Service has always been great too

Only good fried rice in the county, doesn't even need soy or duck sauce. Best chicken wings of any Chinese place anywhere near here. But they will guaranteed burn your boneless spare ribs every time, and they don't deliver at all on Mondays which is the day most people don't want to cook. Egg roll be either dry and burned or burned and greasy. I feel like they have a tendency to sometimes over cook things. This does not extend to their extra crispy wings, which they're the only Chinese place out here that doesn't over cook or burn your wings when you ask for extra crispy

Hands down the best Chinese food in Scranton!
The food is always hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. Generous portions ensure you get great value for your money. Plus, they offer delivery (which is always fast) and accept card payments over the phone, making ordering super convenient. Highly recommend for anyone craving delicious Chinese takeout

Fast service but don't care for the food
I order some boneless spare ribs with pork fried rice and when I got back to work my boneless spare ribs were burnt and not edible.

Lately this place is hit & miss, I don't know if it depends on who is cooking or what? Last time we ordered takeout, we spent $100 & it was just mediocre at best. Normally we order here once a month, after the last visit I'm turned off of this place. Shame to because the people are all very friendly & polite.
