I’m not sure what happened to this place. I used to come here a few times a month, anytime passing through Scranton. The last 2 times I ate here the food was very salty and even though I ordered a double portion of rice I barely got any. I’m not sure if they changed vendors or recipes but it wasn’t great, I ended up throwing it away. I hope maybe it changes back because as someone with celiac disease, it’s good to have a place to eat downtown and a plus if it’s good food.

The employee demonstrated exceptional patience during our initial visit. As first-time patrons, we were unfamiliar with the menu and took some time to decide on our order. Her kindness and friendly demeanor, including a consistent smile, were greatly appreciated. We plan to return to sample additional flavors.
Loved their food! Went here for lunch while on a date. I got the wild rice, sweet potatoes, chicken teriyaki, and ginger sauce. Every single thing was AMAZING. My man got some shrimp and a “mystery bowl” (he asked them to pick whatever they thought would be good) and it turned out great!! Super impressed and would go again! Also, we ate outside, loved that they had that option. Highly recommend!

The concept of the food choices is a good idea, but unfortunately, none of the vegetables were cooked. They were very hard and that included cauliflower broccoli brussels sprouts and the kale were all undercooked the sweet potatoes looked way overdone.

This is a make your own bowl restaurant. You have the options of a kids bowl which is one of each. A bowl which 2 bases. A large bowl that has 2 bases,2 vegetables, 2 proteins and a sauce and side. They had 4-6 options each with 2 proteins that were vegan. They had a small assortment of drinks. It's very quick and staff was friendly. The place was clean. It had some outdoor seating. The prices were around 9.50, 11.50 and 13.50. I thought it was a good amount of food for the price. The food was good as well. There are no premixed options. So you can't just order a bowl you have to create your own. I think it would be nice to have a couple options already put together.

After a long quest for healthy, gluten-free options available for dinner, we thankfully found Fork N Bowl. It has a nice selection of proteins, from tofu to chicken, as you build your bowl. And we all loved the maple glazed sweet potatoes too!

Absolutely loved everything about this place! The vibe is good, people were super nice and the food! Omg the food was so good! I’ve never eaten here before or anywhere like it and it’s going to be one of my favorite places. It’s so nice to find a place that isn’t the same NEPA things like pizza, or burgers. The mushrooms are the best mushrooms I’ve ever had! Also the portions are huge! Price is reasonable for the quality of food and the amount you get! Again I absolutely loved the whole experience. Their Frescas are also really good!

Normally good, but the chicken was burnt today, also the employees are always nice and cheery, aside form one young girl whos slim with dark hair, she always (and i mean always, i honestly get sad when i go in and see shes on shift) seems irritated and in a rush even if theres not a line. She also gives way less food than everyone else. But other than that its a good place to eat.
