The look of the diner was great and the aesthetic is wonderful on the outside and the side we sat on considering we didn’t eat on the other side. We waited awhile for a table and to be seated/ get our menus considering it didn’t pick up until half way through our meal. The food was overall good for a diner but they didn’t have tomato soup for my grilled cheese and didn’t know that until the food was at our table.
Love the The Glider Diner! A favorite with locals for a reason. Fantastic homemade cooking with generous servings. Daily specials are always changing. We've had meatloaf, turkey platters, fish fries, and blueberry pancakes, all of which were excellent. The best diner, IMO. Made my Thanksgiving last year with their holiday dinner special. Thank you!
Really good for where you don’t know where to go. My first time going I loved it food was super hot and fresh. I highly recommend going for breakfast only complaint is that it takes for every to get your food.
