I live across the street from groove and absolutely love the environment and vibe that groove brings to this community. Their service is excellent and the staff makes you feel like family. Groove is bringing great things to Scranton in regards to microbrewing. I can’t wait to see what this company has in store for Scranton.

Horrible owners. They ruined our neighborhood. It is not a venue. They lied about their intentions for this place. Patrons parking all over the neighborhood with disregard for the ones who live in the neighborhood. Having to listen to their food trucks everyweekend. Listen to all their entertainment while they leave their garage doors open. Which is just one of their restrictions to keep them closed. It has become a bar and venue which they lied about doing when asked the city to RE ZONE the neighborhood for them. Take your business else where and support other breweries. This place is absolutely horrible!

Great local brewery in Scranton. Groove offers a neighborhood feel in its location. Staff is friendly and helpful. They don’t have food, but let you bring what ever you want in. It’s also nice to see all the local four legged friends. They are a pet friendly brewery.

Typically, they have entertainment and/or a food truck outside serving up amazing gourmet foods.

I hosted my 20th class reunion there this past Saturday and the space was perfect! They provided large round tables and chairs as well as long ones. The area was clean upon arrival and accommodated whatever we asked for. We had ~70 guests with more than enough standing room. We also had a live DJ and a photographer. I brought in cocktail table which helped bring out my vision more as I wanted limited sitting to ensure people socialized. Bartenders were super friendly and provided great customer service to my guests. 20/10 would I recommend and definitely an awesome place to host a party!

Went to groove for an eclipse viewing party! Boy I never thought I would be happy that my viewing gear failed to arrive on time! We got there right before apparently,the rest of Scranton arrived.lol. I am currently on non alcoholic drinks and they had an extra dark stout that was better than Guinness! I tried the hazy IPA and it was akin to a bright shock top.My boyfriend had a couple of different ipas and liked both.. I'll definitely go back. The bartender (poor guy) had a line 20 deep and a coworker soon showed up to work along side him(they were not expecting the turn out it got packed yea!)She told us they moved to that location 14 months ago . Great vibe to the crowd . Respectable .I had a chair at the bar and enjoyed the people watching.Also another Chihuahua showed up which made my service huahua very happy.Great brew five minutes from home, pleasent hard working knowledgeable staff and cool clientele? Yes please I will be back! Ok so it clouded up but patience paid off and I caught some eclipsey glimpses. I was having so much fun I nearly forgot why I went.
