The ratings are starting to go down as far as I'm concerned. I order here every week I order the chicken tacos. The last couple of weeks my chicken tacos were cold even though I had to wait till they were finished. Yesterday I picked up my chicken tacos and half of them were empty!! I also had to wait until this order was done. Below is the former five-star review! Always always always very good

The online order system they use is incorrect and they won’t make food the way you order it through “Toast” because they haven’t updated their system to charge properly for items you order or add to your order. Their customer service was so absolutely horrible. I ordered only 4 tacos and it took them 10 minutes of me waiting at the door to come up to me to ask what i was waiting for. Proceeded to wait at the bar for another 10 minutes (5minutes past when my order was supposed to be ready) before the horrible manager came up to me shouting about how they won’t make my order because i wasn’t charged enough. There is no clearly marked area on where to go for pickup. They were extremely impatient with me while telling me they won’t make my food. They told me that they wouldn’t refund me because only toast could but then ended up giving me cash (incorrect change btw). The way they handled the situation was so unprofessional and I won’t recommend this establishment unless their management changes- manager is truly unacceptable. The old short guy. 0/5 stars if i could give no stars i would.

Excellent Spanish dishes at great pricing ! Get the guacamole Ranch version Flautas which is what me and my wife get all the time . Gets chips and salsa on the house at the beginning because you dine in
I don’t drink but my wife also loves their drinks Kind staff too, never any complaints when I’m being serviced here

Good food but consistently bad experience. The food is always late when you go to pick it up by 20-30 min. The orders are regularly missing items as well. I recently had a bad experience where they forgot our chips (again). The first time we just ignored it but the second time I called to ask for a refund. Despite my receipt and menu both saying Salsa chips, apparently that only means salsa. They were rude and argued with me. They wouldn't give us a refund or even the actual chips I ordered. I've never seen something so greedy and deceitful from any restaurant in this area. This was my last experience with italos and recommend against eating there.

The portions are huge. And so flavorful. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about discussing the various dishes and making recommendations. Can’t wait to go back
