Food was fantastic. First time there, the bartender Matt was very welcoming and communicative as far as the menu, specials, etc. I'm not from the area but will definitely drop in again whenever in town.

I love Jack’s! The food is always top notch. My favorite is the ribs and the smash burger. Everyone is always super nice and welcoming. Great place to relax!

Great food and drinks. Bar staff slow and sometimes inattentive. Wish they kept their hours and days of operation on GMB up to date.

Just had dinner at Jack’s with my wife. One word “Phenomenal.” So unassuming, when we first pulled up we established a code word for “lets go.” However, we sat at the bar and never left. The bartender was great, he recommended the ribs and OMG he was right. I live in NC but they were some of the best I’ve ever had. Sooo good we ordered it again! The kale salad was perfect and meatball, lol, only 1 meatball was fantastic! We will be back. Thank you!

I've never written a review on a restaurant, but I had to for this...I'm in town for 4 weeks for business. Eating at a new place each night started to become more of a chore than a treat. For context, I'm from Texas where flavor and spice are BIG. I'd been mostly disappointed in the local places (no hate). I took ONE BITE of this place's brussel sprouts and knew I was in for a treat. My business partner ordered the Philly Style burger of the week and I had a fried chicken sandwich. Both dishes were full of flavor and a surprising, and welcome, bit of heat by Texas standards. We ended our meal with a lemon lush which was the perfect amount of refreshing and sweet without smacking you in the face with sugar. My business partner very much enjoyed his cocktail and I loved that they had Mexican Coke in the bottle. And THAT'S just the food...The atmosphere is relaxed, cozy, and welcoming. I especially loved the touch of the waitress immediately bringing a growler of cold water and cups. Service was quick and welcoming, but without hovering. We made immediate plans to return later in the week. We spoke with our waitress and this is a family owned and run business. Can't wait to return!
