First off when someone orders and selects ASAP they wait until you walk in for the food. 3 times now I have had to wait an extra 20 minutes for my food. Then the workers act like assholes just because you show up exactly at the pick up time you were told. Rather order from Montage...on top of it, I get home and they made it completely wrong. Never again!! Couldn't even eat it. What a waste of $25

I usually like jersey mikes minus the tuna fish this causing me to go to Primos . I just witnessed a server dig in his nose and put his finger in his mouth thank goodness he was on break.🤢Also staff chose to speak to one another while I patiently waited

I just had the most pleasant experience at the Jersey Mike’s in Dickson City. The entire staff greeted me with a smile and an enthusiastic good morning as soon as I entered the door. They were professional and patient as I placed my order. When I got home my sub was to my liking as if they made that sub for me a trillion times. Thank you team for allowing me to have such a great experience. Y’all made my day.

Im in Jersey Mike's Dickson City Pennsylvania right now in the dining room but it is so cold in here it's unbelievable.. fast one of the associates if they could turn up the heat and they said they tried already and they can't... What an unenjoyable experience can't wait to get out of here and get warm in my car.

Way overpriced also overrated the cheesesteak just simply wasn't good at all quality of food and service has gone way downhill! Staff wasn't friendly atmosphere wasn't friendly felt like a robotic ordering customer service pay us and leave type attitude! Will never ever go back!!!!!!! I spent over $20 on 1 sandwich and drink wish I never went worst experience at jersey mikes ever I will definitely not be returning to jersey mikes ever again!!!!! Thanks for finally giving me the separation service i needed to stop coming here!!!! Waste of money
