Cheronda is the general manager that I found out at least she's claiming to be?I think that might be a good reason why this place has a 3 star rating.She just gave me 3 supposed of chicken tenders that honest-to-God.Look like chicken fries from Burger King and I asked her.I said excuse me.I asked for chicken tenders in the most classless aggressive unprofessional manner she says " those be tenders" all the while bobbing her head

Ordered from Uber Eats, should've chosen another chicken place. I ordered a 4 piece meal with mash potatoes ( keep in mind it should come with a breast, thigh, leg, and a wing). What I got was all wings. This place is an absolute scam. Don't buy from here unless you wanna take a risk

Stopped by after work to grab a 2 piece meal. It was 9:40 and they closed at 10. When I got to the drive thru the worker told me they were out of 2 piece meals, since they "close in 10 minutes", which should have been 20 mins, and they're not making anymore food for the night. As I was pulling around I saw a worker at the door denying customers entry because they were "closed". At this point it was about 9:45. They then shut off all of the exterior lights and presumably locked the doors. Based on reviews, I'm actually glad I wasn't able to get food there. I will not be returning to this location

The chicken was wet and soggy and so was the container, the saucy sandwiches had hardly any sauce on it, I never received my gravy for the mashed potatoes, and the fries was cold and tasted like pure grease the only thing that was good was the biscuits. I know I ordered alot but there was no excuse for this.

All the staff need to be let go here. Sat in the drive through tonight for 45 minutes for two 3 piece orders of tenders, and the guy who took my order straight up just gave me someone elses food.
Drive through needs people who actually want to take drive thru orders :( you get an attitude off just ordering food

Food was missing on my order and when I called phone number there was no answer just rang and rang tried multiple times. Was missing half my order. My large sides were the size of a small inside the large containers. Last time I’ll be at this place.

The manager Sharonnda has a very bad attitude and doesn't know how to talk to customers and they are skimping on the food in certain orders and when asked about it she got very confrontational. I would suggest you save your money and go elsewhere
