I’m sorry but I won’t come here no more, been here so many times but as of today December 9th, I won’t be coming back. Today around 1:40pm there was a white tall man with lots of blonde hair and a young black girl and none of them had hair net or gloves, out of uniform and had me on hold for 6 minutes. Just disgusting.

My patience has officially run out! This isn’t the first time KFC has messed up my order, but today was the last straw. I placed an order literally five minutes ago, and what did I get? Half. Of. My. Order. I paid $40 for a full meal, not a mystery box with random missing items.
And of course — OF COURSE — when they forget half the order, they never attach the receipt to the bag. Convenient, right? Every time they short me on food, the receipt magically disappears. Funny how that works.
To make it even worse, they couldn’t even bother to throw in a straw for the water. A STRAW. We’re talking about the bare minimum of effort here, and apparently that’s too much to ask.
I am beyond frustrated. This level of carelessness is unreal. If KFC wants to keep customers, they should start by actually giving people what they pay for — and maybe training their staff to pay attention for more than two seconds.

Employees are horrible we ordered online and when my husband got there to pick up they were closed nowhere did it say that online anyway there was a employee there so my husband tried to explain that we ordered food and we’re charged for said food the girl was so rude and said we are closed cancel your order and closed the window before my husband could even finish talking then I call there 800 number for my refund and this is day 3 off getting the run around there as well I will never ever spend another dime in there establishment they don’t deserve my money hopefully you save yours

This place is such a nasty place first of all the women's bathroom was nasty it was not clean there was no lids for the cups Serenity was the one that took our order she did not great us and she was on her phone talking to who ever we asked her for a cup for a drink ended up not paying for it and she gave us two for free she was wearing pajama pants she also gave her friend free food. the tables were not cleaned there was trash on the dining room floor there was no order in this place I will never come here again and I hope you wont either

Made an order over the Kentucky Fried Chicken app (and paid for it). It was stated that the place is open until 10:00 PM. Arrived here at 8:00 PM and staff completely ignored me, closed the place, shut down the lights (at 8:00 PM) despite it being stated on the door that they work until 10:00 PM. Several food delivery service guys were also there, looking confused. We were ignored, I have lost my money, no food. This is criminal. This place should close down, and they should lose their franchise licence. I have contacted the main office. Stay Away!!!

Ordered a bucket with 2 sides....Mac and cheese and fries. Got a bucket of chicken..2 mashed potatoes...a half filled container of gravy and a container of cheese...not a single piece of macaroni.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Terrible location. Workers are rude with attitude. Food tastes off and it’s dirty. Terrible worst KFC location. Genuinely DO NOT eat here. Take the commute and drive to other locations.

Absolutely rude customer service at KFC Keyser ave. It Opens at 10:30am but has nothing ready to serve at 10:40 when I got there and was extremely rude to me. Ended up leaving and going somewhere else. Will not be back
