Don't even give you hot donuts when the hot light is on. Past 2 times in a row they gave me cold donuts when i asked for hot. And the place is filthy will never return to this location what a dump

Donuts were excellent, as expected. I got an iced mocha to go with the priginal glazed donuts. I didn't expect it to be as good as coffee places and it wasn't. It was just ok and not worth the close to $7 I paid for a medium. BUT, as I mentioned, Krispy Kreme donuts, especially the original glazed are amazing!!!

Service was fine but disappointed that they charged 40 cents extra for the holiday donuts. Especially since they all seem smaller and there wasn't much filling in some of them. Will probably just go to giant next time, only a dollar a donut there and they were decorated nice.

Every time I go in the evening to get cream filled donuts the cream is barely in donuts. I'll get my donuts some where else for now on
I came here for a glazed doughnut and guess what? They have no glazed donuts! A place known for their glazed doughs has none! Now that’s ridiculous! I’m from out of town and I came here hoping the hot sign was on, but to my dismay they had no glazed donuts at all! Do better south side Krispy Kreme !

No smiles. Staff preoccupied. My first time ever there. Got a half dozen. The raspberry filled was good. I did not eat the rest of the others. I always heard the hype about these donuts… I guess it must be when they are fresh and still warm.

I was just there. The ladies stared at me like I was an alien when I asked for a dozen glazed donuts. Instead of saying how long they would be to make I had to ask and they cocked an attitude and said it would be an hour. Going forward when I settled with getting three donuts instead, the service lady made a comment about the donuts having a 40cent upcharge but she doesn’t even know her stores promotions or sales plans. So I had to inform that the prices were already labeled on the donuts. The lady Zayleen who was on register also gave an attitude about the time it would take to make the donuts. All in all I felt very unwelcome and diminished as a customer. So unsatisfied with the service made me not even want to eat the donuts. Just put me in a bad mood after all. How terrible to have such negative attitudes for the holidays!
