Long John Silver's | A&W

Cashier didn't call out my order when it was ready, so my food was sitting at the counter when I was sitting in the diner, waiting and waiting. Batter for fried shrimp was not cooked through (disgusting). Hushpuppies and fries smelled and tasted of rancid oil. I left within 30 seconds and will never go back.

I ordered the lobster bites combo it was terrible they fried them to long and the fish had so much crumbles which I did not order the hushpuppies were the best not over fried it was disappointing I must say I can't say about the service or atmosphere because someone else picked out ordered up

Gotta say whoever owns this place needs to invest more money into the building and less on paying off inspectors, you can smell nothing but sewage and the main floor area is dirty and not just from the day there are cobwebs everywhere as well as caked dust clearly not cleaned as often as it should be. Food was decent but the staff looks like a bunch of zombies just going through the motions (praying for there mental health).

Love the chicken planks and hushpuppies.

Ordered two 3 piece chicken meals but when I got home I found I had two 2 piece chicken meals and one of them has only 5 waffle fries. Called them up and they said its impossible. They keep a strict count on the chicken and they weight the fries. Well then someone there can't count or read a scale. Very disappointed and never going back. EVER!

Last night after ordering 3 meals in the drive through I waited 30 + minutes. I paid $50 & noticed only one box of clam strips & told the cashier I ordered 2. She assured me it was in the bottom of the bag. It was not! Having a toddler in the car I wasn't about to check, just took her word for it. My bad! Wouldn't go here again if "they paid me!"

It's long john silvers there isn't much more to say. I love that fish and chicken platter. It's so good with some distilled vinegar on it. It's so good in fact it makes up for the crappy service that all the long john silvers have. You don't go here for the service. You go here because you wanna pig out like the animal you are.

Haven’t had this in years I have no clue why long John’s started shutting down was worth the drive. I drove 2hrs away to get in on my favorite childhood fast food spot

The girl who helped us (I couldn't tell you her name since I didn't see a name tag and the receipt had a guys name Scott M on it.) could not understand that I wanted pieces of chicken. She told me she couldn't do that. I told her I did not want a meal with sides, she charges me for it anyway. My wife orders a shake and the shrimp bowl combination. Do we get an up charge for a shake ? Nope genius gives us the shake and a soda. I finally get my food more than 10 minutes later, (I was never told there would be a wait) No crumbles, and the chicken has black spots on it. I have been to many Long John Silver locations over the years, but this is the worst so far. I have been to this location on multiple occasions before with no issue. Also the pepsi was flat.
