Very nice people. The menu is small but simple and the food is very flavorful and filling as well, so if you're looking for a nice Spanish restaurant I definitely recommend trying Luisa's Restaurant out.

This is my second experience ordering from this establishment. The first time, I was surprised by the high cost of the three plates, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt after trying the food. Upon reflection, I could have prepared it better myself. A couple of weeks later, my daughter decided to place an order despite my advice to the contrary based on my initial experience. She ordered breaded chicken, which is a chicken cutlet. However, when she arrived home, the order was incorrect. They had provided chicken stew instead. I am aware that my daughter clearly communicated her order in English, but I suspect a misinterpretation may have occurred due to the restaurant's Hispanic staff. As a local establishment, I believe they should strive to accommodate their customers. When I called to report the error, the lady I spoke with stated that there was nothing she could do to rectify the situation, including remaking the order or providing a suitable alternative. This response is unacceptable. I am disappointed in the poor attitude, excessive prices, and mediocre food quality. Furthermore, their unwillingness to correct mistakes is alarming. Unfortunately, this experience has resulted in a loss of $25. I feel compelled to share my disappointment to inform others.
