Placed an online order using points to redeem a breakfast sandwich and bought a drink. When I got to the speaker (the end of breakfast, but a minute before), I was told to pull forward for my order. At the first window, I was also told to pull forward. Then, at the second window I was given the drink and then the window was closed. I waited there and asked about the sandwich. The lady working was extremely rude right away and said breakfast was over and they couldn’t give me the sandwich. I explained that on the order it shows that I picked it up and asked how I could get those points back. She rolled her eyes and said “I don’t know, call McDonald’s or something.” There’s no number to even call, it’s the managers job to remedy this. I asked if I could ask the manager, to which she rudely replied, “I am the manager.” I asked if she could substitute it for something of equal value since my points were used and I couldn’t get them back. She rudely said no and was very nasty and started yelling. Her name is Alisandra and she is easily the rudest worker I have ever encountered.

This Mcdonald's is probably not a McDonald's I will immediately recommend to someone. My fries were cold and soggy. I got 5 boxes of fries, and they were all cold and soggy. The same with the nuggets. I have no complaints about the service though. The service here was amazing!
I also did not get any mustard on my McDoubles.

Went in to eat and the design of the restaurant reminds me of being in kindergarten and the place was gross. There was trash on the tables, on the floor, and hard to just fine a somewhat clean spit to sit at. Don't recommend on coming here...
