I paid extra for extra cheese and ranch. The picture on the left is what I got.....the picture on the right is the fix. I added the red sauce. So if that's extra, then that means the normal amount is barely any. Looks like the management is more concerned with their bonus from low waste cost instead of the quality of what people are paying for......even when they pay for the extras!

genuinely disappointed. i already struggle with an ed and ordering food from anywhere and i worked up all this courage to order through the drive thru this morning before work. i was the only one in the drive thru and i asked for sub canadian bacon on a breakfast sandwich because again i have a eating disorder and that’s how i like it. i get to work- regular bacon. my heart sank- which is stupid i know but the recipe also says “SUB CAN BACON” so i dont know- not gonna try this store again. kinda ruined my morning.

Why is it everyone of the Mueller family owned McDonald's are terrible. I've gotten so many messed up orders from here. Order of fries that don't even come up to the edge. Ketchup and cheese on outside of the bun. Not a little like the whole piece of cheese and glob of ketchup. Is the only answer with these places to be belligerent and sheet Angry, it seems to be the only way they will fix an order after they mess it up.

Waited 25 min in line and there was 2 cars in front of me and not to mention they had me pull forward to the extra window to wait longer and still they forgot half of my entire order

Honestly, the place was gross. All the tables were dirty, and there were barely any customers at that time, so the restaurant was empty. I don’t get how they can’t take two minutes to clean up. It really shows a lack of effort from the staff.

I order all the time from work, it takes 10 mins, a mile and a half and my food is NEVER ready, I always have to park and wait, like whats the use of ordering on line for faster time when it's not faster at all ?!
Clean and courteous but still McD's... Out of all the Scranton PA locations though, this one keeps your youngsters employed alongside seasoned restaurant workers and franchise owners. I never hear them yell at staff or anyone inside fighting with each other. We have all been there! However, their respect and fast food quality was great for me and promptly given. For McDs the menu is always up to date and the people trained on new improved items and old alike. Go to if I get the craving lol. 3 stars for food, only because it's not their fault exactly what they sell is a mystery. It's the nature of it all. Thanks for reading!
