Placed an order in the drive through, get to the window and Im told that my food isn't ready and to pull into a pick up spot. 15 mins later and everyone who got there after me were on their way. I go inside only to be ignored by everyone. I finally escalate to a manager asking where my food is. They told me they never made my food. No apology. So I requested a refund and left. 30+ minutes waiting for food and nothing to show for it. This place has gone downhill over the last couple years. Can't tell you how many times I've ordered from here with missing items I paid for. The other reviews on this location are accurate and well deserved.

VERY UNWELCOMING EXPERIENCE. I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE STORE AWAITING AT THE COUNTER FOR AN EMPLOYEE TO TAKE MY ORDER. FOR 10 MINS NOT ONE EMPLOYEE MADE EYE CONTACT AND EVEN WALKED PAST ME WITHOUT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. AN EMPLOYEE CAME OUT THE VACK AND ACTUALLY STOOD BEHIND ME AWITING TO GET THIER BREAK FOOD ORDER. IMMEDIATELY AN EMPLOYEE RUNNING FOOD OUTSIDE, JUMPED AT THE COUNTER AND ASKED THE EMPLOYEE STANDING BEHIND ME IF THE ORDER ON THE SCREEN WAS THIERS. TOTALLY IGNORING ME AND SPEAKING OVER MY SHOULDER TO THE EMPLOYEE. A MANAGER WALKS UP AND TAKES THE DRAWER FROM THE REGISTER AND DOES NOT LOOK AT ME AT ALL. AFTER THE EMPLOYEE BEHIND ME IS SERVED, THE EMPLOYEE AT THE COUNTER SAYS "WHAT DO YOU WANT!" IN A CONDESCENDING TONE. I REPLIED WITH " ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME" AND WALKED OUT. THIS IS WHAT SOCIETY IS BECOMING A BUNCH OF WORTHLESS SELFISH EXCUSES FOR HUMAN LIFE. I USED TO ENJOY SOCIETY, BUT THESE ACTIONS SHOW ME WHAT PEOPLE HAVE BECOME. The attitudes on the workers are crazy my food is NEVER made right considering I pay for extra stuff. They make it known they don't want you there.if you are at the counter they will look at you and look away.i spend hundreds on food from McDonald's in a month cause it's a quick option but I think we will search elsewhere to spend our money since no one can treat humans like human beings. They make more than our troops do which is sad and they take it for granted. I work in the fast food industry to and never gave or received as much disrespect as they give there customers. Do better McDonald's!!!!

I don’t understand why it’s so hard to make sure stuff I pay extra for is in the bag. Receipt says 2sauces each 10 pieces plus 3 extra sauces so that would be 7 but yet I only got 2? It’s honestly not hard to make sure everything someone paid for is in the bag get a new job if that’s so hard for your brains to handle

Three times you guys have dropped the ball...the first was ordering my food having it confirmed and then being told later that the grill was being cleaned and they couldn't make my order...the second was ordering a bunch of breakfast sandwiches all with cheese only to find out later that non of them had cheese....and now tonight ordering my food waiting 10 mins to get to the window only to be told that the system was restarting so I couldn't pay...also why did it seem like there was only one guy working in the whole building I litterly saw nor heard anyone else?

Parking: It has a parking lot that encircles the restaurant but it’s pretty tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle
