I've lived around the corner from Neen's for the past 5 years as I've been going to school. It's a great place to get really good and cheap food. Everyone is super friendly and I never seem to have a long wait. Some diners in the area have gone down in quality over the years, but Neen's has stayed consistent. Would highly recommend. Of note, they are cash only (but have an ATM).
Went to Neens late morning on a Sunday. We had to wait for no more than 10 minutes for a table as they were really busy. It was worth the wait. We all had breakfast, and the food came out quickly and hot and tasty. Our waitress was attentive and checked on us, offering to top off our coffees.
All in all, it was a pleasure having breakfast there, and I would recommend Neens to others.
