The place itself was cool. We had a large party that was supposed to be grouped together but we ended up being treated like we didn’t have reservations. The food took over 2 hours to get. They kept trying to deliver other tables food to ours. They forgot some of our food we ordered. We did not enjoy the meal at all. Food was salty and just a sad experience overall. We will definitely not be coming back again.

The food took over 2 hours to come out. The waitress seemed clueless. Not very attentive or showed any concern. The best part was they brought out 2 meals for our table and then came back and said they delivered it to the wrong table! One of the two Mac and cheese bowls was being eaten at that time. They took the "untouched" mac and cheese back to the kitchen. Waitress came back out within 2 minutes and served it to the correct table 🤯 Also there was a hair in my French fries. The ambiance is cool. I don't think the food was out of this world. I would never go here again, sadly.

Absolutely had an amazing time at noir. The service was phenomenal. The drinks that Gabbi made were absolutely phenomenal. I love every single drink. I’m a sweet tooth. Everything was sweetened perfectly, but not too much that I got a headache. The food was all the correct temperature service was fast delicious and I will 1000% go back and will recommend

I am editing this review because I just revisited this place after three years. While the food was good, the place is super cool. The service and the timing of the food needs some help. We were there over an hour before we even got our appetizers. If you are not in a hurry to go anywhere, that would be super. But we had a show at 8, and I thought with 5:30 reservations, I would have plenty of time, which ended up not being the case. We hardly saw our server. We asked her at one point how much longer our food was going to take to never see her again. After we got our food that she did not bring to us, She did not ask us how our food was, she did not ask us if we wanted another drink, somebody else did. And then somebody else helped me with take out boxes and our check, which I had to run back and forth to the bar with so that we could get out of there on time. So overall, I mean, it's a cool place and the food's good, so you just need to have patience to deal with the shitty service and slow food, and you'll be okay.

Hands down the coolest restaurant with the best music that my husband and I have ever been to! 20/10 knocked it out of the park especially for Valentine’s Day. HUGE PORTIONS and delicious food as well!
We love this place . Food and drinks are always amazing . The atmosphere is awesome. If you're into gothic things and skulls and the macabre this is the place for you . This is an experience of a life time for anyone that needs a new place to enjoy . Go check them out ! Make sure you do one of the table side services too . Worth the extra !

Head back for my 3rd dinner. My friend has a house about 40 minutes away and we always have dinner at Noir when I visit. The food and drinks are so imaginative and delicious. The atmosphere and music absolutely appeal to my inner goth. I highly recommend this spot if you love alternative music and enjoy delicious food.
