A fun place half Goth and half horror. The music is very very loud. Themed drinks are interesting. The presentation of the food is much better than the food itself. Feels like they should charge a premium for all the time, money and effort they put into the build out and atmosphere.

It pains me write a not so positive review about this place because it definitely is unquie and the asthetic is to die for, but the food just didn't do it for me. To be honest the appetizer (ceaser salad) was the best dish. The servings are pretty big but they seem to lack in taste, especially for the price your paying. The cocktails were amazing though as well as the staff. Ooh and the chairs were the most uncomfortable chairs I've ever sat in. Maybe its just me but I would have rather sat on the floor. Great place, yet I would be lying if I said I enjoyed the food but I would still recommend giving it a try to see for yourself.

I had heard about this place a while ago. Planned a trip all the way to scranton from Pittsburgh to check it out for my daughter's birthday. Definitely was not disappointed. This place was awesome, the food and drinks are reasonable priced, loved the staff. The food tasted great. If im ever in the area again, ill be back.

Not a great experience . It was like a dance club the lights were so dim and God forbid you had a hair in your food you wouldn’t even see it . No salt and pepper on table . They seemed short staffed as most of them were running around like chickens without heads. Music was so loud I couldn’t hear what anyone was saying . Food was kinda overpriced and just ok .almost no chicken options or fish options just mostly gross pork and beef . Had reservations but still had to wait . Didn’t give any plates with appetizers so food was falling on the table . Silverware was dirty. No ice with the water just plain warm water 😡 they automatically add 18% tip for themselves regardless of how bad you think they are and also I believe they add 3.5 % extra for using credit . Also they expect you to add more money to the 18% they take as a tip at the end . Won’t be back

Great theme idea , but service was awful . Two and a half hours to have dinner is ridiculous. The food wasn’t anything special either . Subsequently went back to, solely for a drink at the bar . They add a gratuity of 18% for two drinks . When I called , I was told it was stated on the menu but I didn’t get menus and didn’t order food . Also took almost 20 minutes to get a second drink after ordering . Bartenders don’t pay enough attention to people sitting there . Absolutely overrated .

Food to die for, which I almost did lol. I made the mistake of not chewing my steak enough and started choking, and my wife had to give me the heimlich maneuver. The staff were all excellent to check up on me. Funny enough it was our anniversary dinner. For real though this was our 2nd visit to Noir and if your looking for great drinks and good food, with a Halloween dark twist, Noir is the best place to visit. We will be back.

You will absolutely wait a very long time for food and drinks that should not take that long to arrive --- however --- the food is tasty, the drinks are delicious, the staff is lovely (looking at you Mike Meyers and Billy), and the atmosphere is to die for... I'll be back.

Let me start by saying the food and drinks were outstanding. The service however was not. We arrived a little early for our 730 reservation and we’re told by the host to wait in the hall and he will come get us, but he must’ve forgot. We had to go back up to the stand and didn’t get seated until after 8 o’clock. We got our appetizers Before we got our cocktails and we’re not given utensils or napkins. Our waiter brought two waters and there was four of us. Our food didn’t come out until 930. I don’t believe the 18% gratuity that’s automatically applied to the check was deserved. It makes sense why the server just didn’t care how his performance was because he was getting automatic gratuity. I would recommend going back for the food but I would not recommend going on a Friday night or during Halloween season.

We had difficulty getting through to make a reservation over the past 3 days, so we took a chance and drove over an hour to get there. The host recognized we drove a far distance and did everything he could to get us a seat. We really appreciate the extra effort he took, care and consideration into making sure it was a great night for us. Thank you!

Had a great Hot Goth Girlfriend Date Night for my birthday last night. Great service.vegan options abound. Staff knowledgeable about dietary needs. Unique food and drinks. 100% recommend reservations. Ambiance keeps your eyes moving around. Were there for almost 2 hours and Im sure we dosnt see it all. They have theme nights to come out to, but wish there was a vegan menu for all the courses. Restrooms are in the hallway and definitely needed standing. A staff member was already aware and working to remedy it.
