The Penalty Box is a nice, comfortable tavern with great service and food. Last evening I had one of the best Ruben sandwiches ever. 😊
It is a great neighborhood bar with a full range of beer and cocktails. And an amazingly large food menu with some cool, local options. This is always a great place to stop, and the two visits I made, the bar service was second to none. It's worth a visit.
Great service, Jen nice bar maid friendly.
I ordered a filet steak sandwich and and order of mild garlic boneless wings. When I got home with the order this is what I got. One completely dry order covered in garlic and some teriyaki left over wings that someone didn’t finish. Wtf!?
Good sports bar 🍻
The pierogies are the best. Wasn't impressed with the roast beef sandwich though. Beer was good.
Bacon Wrapped Chorizo Stuffed Jalapeños are the greatest original fresh appetizer in the area. The wings aren't really spicy, even when you order hot. The food came to the table fast and hot. The service was great. The major issue is that in the middle of the afternoon, the place is lit like an old man's club. Hard to eat lunch that you can barely see. If that doesn't bother you, their food is good, and the people are nice.
Stopped in for some food and drinks. Wings were very good. Tried the pecan peach and the pb&j sauces. Drinks were also good and the service was remarkable. Overall it was a really good first experience and definitely worth going back to. Some of the best prices I've seen for food and drinks and the quality isn't affected by that at all.
Great

I had the Hell burger delicious a great kick little sweat on the brow
Bartenders have always been nice everytime i've gone. Food is always great, and post covid, having a kitchen open past 9 or 10 is hard to find, so a Midnight kitchen is fantastic. The house chips and pickle is a nice touch, and everything I've had there is a level above standard bar-fare, but the Filet Mignon sandwich is where it's at.
The Filet Mignon sandwhich is 13$. It is amazing. Always cooked to temp, tender, and topped with whatever you want. A trip to try that alone is worth it.
Bread quesadilla is a questionable move, but ill let it slide. Go and grab that Filet Mignon sandwich, you won't be disappointed.
Atmosphere is awesome so far. Seems like a great place to chill for a sec
Nice, small quiet bar. Good food. Good prices.
Good food and always good bar tenders
