We drove by never had Philly pretzels factory
We were surprised at the service she seemed very annoyed. We asked for cheese and mustard she grabbed the large one . My wife said NO we just want the small cheese and mustard.
I was blown away how angry she got we left and a few miles up the road noticed she still charged us for the large dips .

We called immediately and said you overcharged us .

We pre ordered and pre paid for pretzels and dips for the Super Bowl however when we got there and waited in line for over an hour they advised there was none of the dips we paid for available and then we had to wait again to get a refund! Please don’t take preorders and payment for services you can’t provide

Unfortunately your store is total chaos.

Definitely do not follow food safety procedures. Found hair in my pretzels. Twice in the same visit. Nobody was wearing hairnets. The girls were not wearing gloves while prepping and filling assorted sauces for the pretzels.

The pretzels and dip were great; HOWEVER, our cinnamon dip container was NOT full and the other 2 containers could have been fuller! What a disappointment for a large tray that was supposed to have large containers of dips!

Purchased a pretzel tray online for a party it was on a Sunday. I had a 2:15 pick up but was running behind grabbing everything. This store who made the tray and put it on rack for pick up never thought hmm maybe I should call this customer and let them know we close at 3!!! Got there at 3 not a soul in parking lot or store so the must run out right at 3. Looked in window and there’s the tray I ordered. Again you’d think a worker would care and try to call. I left a message annoyed and wanted a refund since I order trays a lot. Shocker never received a phone call. I will never order there, neither will my family or any of my clients. I hope you lose business and train your employees to call the customer. Who the hell closes at 3?? Are you a pharmacy?

Yeah, drove from Wilkes Barre to get pretzels and low and behold a sign saying pre orders only, sorry for the inconvenience. Well, checked the website before we traveled and NOTHING was said about pre orders only. A waste of time and gas. And you can stuff your sorrys in a sack.

Stop by on my way through to new york. Unfortunately you were closed. I remember that your hours used to be much earlier than what they are now. In factor hours are not good at all. I guess I won't be able to get any when I cruise through pennsylvania .

Ordered a TooGoodToGo order and sitting here in the parking lot 20 minutes before closing, and the place is locked up. Way to go, kids!

Wife and I went there for the soft pretzels. Very busy place and the staff were really hustling. They were doing great. Friendly and hard working young women. We wanted the pepperoni melt shown on-line and was told they didn't have that at that store..We got the box of 25 pretzels and the cheese. Had to wait 10 minutes and it was well worth the short wait. Great pretzels. We highly recommend this place

Group of 5 adults and 5 children...we all went in on a Sunday about a half hour after they opened. Store was nice and clean and smelled real good. The 2 staff were great, we jammed up the operation for a few minutes all thinking about what we wanted etc. They knew the prices and were accurate when they told us how long it would be for the bunch of hot dogs we ordered. (Only took like 7 minutes) . We all stood around and ate our other things while we waited. A handful of other customers were helped while we waited, a few picking up ordered trays that were already prepared. The counter girl was quick and helpful and polite to everyone she took care of. I once upon a time worked at a philly pretzel factory, first time back to one in over 10 years, and I was very happy with the service and the food and the store.
