Wheeew Chile da GHEEEETTO, if they not mean mugging you here? You clearly at another popeyes. Don't get your hopes up tho the one in wilkes barree is just as trash as this one just a little less attitude. I dont get why people apply for jobs they hate but I haven't seen one worker here that actually smiled. And the food is popeyes as usual.

The wait time is always over 30mins. Teammates arguing with each other in front of customers is not a good look.

Went to the drive thru on 7/13/2025 between 530-6pm to order popeyes for my family and the female drive thru clerk on the mic was rude, disgusting and obnoxious. She lacked patience and her attitude kept her from me even getting past the first 2 items of my order. She was unclear about what chicken was available, because there was a shortage on the spicy and mild chicken. She did not communicate well, spoke to me where it was apparent that she didn't value me as a customer or that my money wasn’t any good there. I went inside the franchise and demanded to speak to the manager, who was a heavy set female with tattoos, orange shirt and a short haircut. She did take the time to hear me out but during this time the same drive thru clerk (heavy set black shirt, color die in hair and maybe a face piercing)argued with me from behind the counter and claimed to be a manager herself as if to justify her poor customer service skills. She even asked me before i attempted to place the order if i was paying by cash or card which is very odd and a huge red flag for potential credit card scam. I went to a different popeyes where they treated me well, treated me with respect and happily accepted my money. I will never go back to the scranton location just because of that drive thru clerk. I wish i grabbed her name but, i will make sure no one in my huge family and friend group gives that location a dime of business because of that particular drive thru clerk.

I ate from this place 6 times and I was 6 times close ice machine. Never have ice the solar. Be hot

Fast service. I requested that I get fresh chicken and they made fresh chicken without hesitation. Food was hot and good.

Drive thru girl was 100% rude. She took my order and payment then told me to park at stop sign. I waited 10 minutes while other customers were served. I had to go inside to get my order. There was no ice in the soda so it was warm. I was told they were out of ice, then asked what my order was. The bag of food was tossed on the counter while other employees sneered at me. Don’t go to this location as all employees are ignorant with poor customer service.

Don’t even bother ordering food here go to a grocery store get chicken and cook it yourself it will be better and cheaper and you don’t have to deal with workers who can’t do anything right
