Red Lobster offers a mixed dining experience. While the service can be slow and the food quality inconsistent, the ambiance is impressive. The restaurant was not busy, possibly due to understaffing. Some menu changes, like the Cajun Alfredo now made with linguini, have not been well-received. The bacon in dishes like the Bacon Mac and Cheese was disappointing. Despite these drawbacks, the welcoming atmosphere and friendly service from the staff make it a place some customers look forward to revisiting.
