I’ve been here a couple times , I stopped by tonight because the pizza is amazing but the customer service was just not it tonight lady was extremely rude, had an attitude the minute we asked for a table. We sat down and she was not welcoming at all. Don’t plan on coming back after tonight.

Roma’s is basically my second kitchen that I don’t cook in. lol I order take out at least once a week if not more or even stop in for a slice here and there. Everyone is very nice especially Maryellen. The owners of they are there come out when they recognize you and say hello. Food is always fresh and delicious. The place Is clean and there is plenty of parking. I love the regular plain round pizza. However it’s awesome with pepperoni and onion or try the bacon. It’s real bacon, it’s great. If it’s just you they offer a personal pizza and it’s made fresh and it’s a decent size. Their soups are homemade and I always get the meat tortellini. The grandma pizza is fantastic and their spaghetti is great with fresh tomato and garlic basil. I have even ordered the chicken fingers and they are so good. Try it. It will not disappoint. 💕

Horrible experience, honestly this kills me to write bc i buy A lot of pizza here and actually enjoy their food , lately the quality has gone down and the price has gone up , especially on this run , paper cup in a paper bag with soup , tips over in bag , and not only spills but soaks my car and pizza below , leaving a wet sloppy half baked mess for $27 plus a tip !! I called to complain obviously and not only did i get the run around about having no manger and nothing they can do for me , but First Lady i spoke To pretends to put me on hold and continues to talk about me and other customers on how she can’t deal with people and continues to say im lying about their soup in a paper cup spilling in a paper bag to clearly make a mess !! Not only will i not be going here any more to purchase anything at all , i will Also be telling my many Dickson city family and friends that this place is no longer the local family operated place we know and love , your better off skipping this place next time your looking for some good pizza to get your family for dinner !! Over priced and sub par service to say the least , and don’t let them mess your food up , YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND !! **** edited to respond to the owner that i guess Only responds to google reviews instead of calling a customer back , the soup was not packaged correctly bc you put it in a paper cup with a paper lid no wrap or foil around it or anything . Wise word of advice , instead of replying to your google reviews trying to save face how about you train your employees not to talk smack on your customers and or argue with people after poor execution, based on these reviews i can Tell I’m not the first person having a problem getting a refund !!! I will Never be using your business again due to poor packaging and horrible service , pizza and a cup of paper soup is not worth $27 especially with the service your providing . Not due to an “accident while in transport” i didnt Even know the soup tipped over in the bag bc for some reason you people think paper is water proof lol

Stopped in for slices on 10/07/2025 such a charming place! Everyone who took care of me was super friendly and the pizza was spot on! I got a slice of cheese, 4 cheese, and a vodka square. I would definitely go back!
