Me and my family visited the the restaurant around dinner time and The restaurant was dirty and staff was unprofessional and was very unfriendly they didn’t even try and fake being happy and nice the food, ice cream, and sushi station were disgusting and the sushi tasted like pine sol. There was trash all over the bathroom floors and throw up on the men’s bathroom floor and no paper towels in the dispenser (it’s one thing if they just ran out but to look in and see not even an empty roll is just ridiculous) if I could give negative stars i would

Where do I start, well I was eating and enjoying my food and it was flavor and yummy and suddenly I here the staff using a circular saw to chop into pipes mid meal. This went on for 20 minutes before they finally stopped chopping at pipes. Other than that, the food was good and flavor and stuff. But it would have been better if there was no circular saw noises while I was eating and the waitress placed the check to early.

I was visiting PA,and stopped by this buffet. Typical Chinese buffet. Food was ok. Rice was a little different than in MA.

I am a long time customer and have been coming here with my family for over ten years. The last time we went here the service wasn’t great either but because we had more good times than bad, we decided to give it another chance because we understand that nothing is perfect and we’ve never had any issues prior. However, what I went through this past weekend was inexcusable and I will not be returning.
When we sat down I kindly asked the waitress for a high chair for my toddler. She immediately rolled her eyes and sighed as if I was bothering her. I just assumed she was having a bad day and dismissed it. Secondly, we had just started eating and she already placed the bill on the table and it nearly landed on my plate of food! Then she just walked away without saying anything. Once we were finished eating she then had the AUDACITY to demand a tip! I always tip the waitress well here because the service is usually decent. However, after having two bad experiences in a row, I will never be coming back here again. I used to love coming here but this is inexcusable.
