When I first moved to Scranton nine years ago, I had brought my children to the play area located in the Marketplace at Steamtown. We had decided to have lunch at Ruano’s, and that is when I realized they cooked NYC style, even the set up of their display of delicious food. We ordered the baked ziti, cheese and buffalo pizza.
