Dinner reservations were hard to find the day before Easter.Called and was answered by a very helpful employee. Our reservation was for 7 people at 6pm. We arrived a little early -some of our party was going to be late, but we were allowed to be seated which was very accommodating.The waitress brought out some very soft and tasty, warm bread with butter.When the rest of our party arrived (20 minutes later) the waitress came over to take our drink orders.Brought our drinks and took our orders.The food seemed to take a bit longer but we were all happy just to spend time with each other. The steaks were cooked perfectly and all the special changes that some of us had were honored perfectly. FOOD WAS WONDERFUL, ATMOSPHERE PLEASANT & SERVICE FANTASTIC.Highly recommend this restaurant.Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating to special requests.Kid-friendliness: Kids were treated with respect and the special child requests were honored very nicely.

After traveling over an hour to dine here for the first time with 4 other friends and had a long, somewhat enjoyable dinner that ended in 2 separate parties verbally attacking my table with homophobic slurs. As we sat at our table minding our business and asking the parties to leave us alone, the parties then told us to get our check & leave “or else we’re going to drag you three queens out of here”. The staff stood on standby and did nothing with the two parties and quickly gave us our check and boxes. One of the waitresses followed us out to apologize for the other parties as they continued their banter but again, the staff never intervened with the other parties. This establishment was highly recommended by a friend to dine here and unfortunately resulted in a horrible first time experience where I will never return.

As if a 3.5 hour dinner service wasn’t bad enough… we traveled an hour in the recommendation of a friend to have dinner here and were insulted and verbally accosted at the dinner table by drunk patrons at a neighboring table. If the verbal abuse wasn’t enough still the waitresses sat back and allowed the offending table to threaten physical violence and offer to go out to the parking lot. As we exited the building a waitress approached us in the parking lot after watching what happened to apologize yet no action was taken against the table making drunken homophobic slurs.

I am blown away by the experience my friends and I shared last night. This place was top shelf all the way around. The serving staff was flawless, the manager was fun and engaging and we got to meet the chef who, clearly, knows how to run a kitchen.No one at the table, out of a party of 12 was even slightly disappointed. Talk about incredible.......I got the Prime Pork Mignon au Poivre with cracked peppercorn cream sauce and roasted garlic: the cut was thick and perfectly tender. The sauce was unlike anything I've ever had. Made for a great topping for my baked potato as well.I'm normally a dive bar, burgers and wings guy but I'm glad my friends chose this restaurant last night. I'm looking forward to returning. One of the best nights I've had in a very long time.Thank you, Russell's!Well done!

I came here with my neighbors and said how good the place was, we waited for 3 hours nobody came up to us to explain what the hell was going on and my neighbors were embarrassed if they weren’t their we were going to order a pizza to this dump, and when we got the food it tasted like canned raviolis and the sauce was watery and awful.
