Ordered well over 100$ of food food from here months ago specifically the Chutney's we ordered through delivery came without any of the chutney sauces which was the whole point of ordering those dishes and ruined my family's dinner yet was still charged the full amount and when i called to complain they basically told me tough luck and they would do nothing to remediate the issue so... as much as i did enjoy the other food i would never do delivery here again no customer service what so ever which is a shame considering what food we did receive complete was excellent and would have likely spent well over 1000$ there by now in the last few months since if they had only handled that better and provided basic customer care. i grew up working at restaurants in old forge that would go out of there way to make sure the customer was happy either by sending someone out with the missing items or at the very least offering some form of credit for the next order.
A random find during my drive across PA. Was super hungry post two hikes & this place doesn’t disappoint. Authentic Hyderabadi taste & love the irani chai. If you are around & craving some yummy South Indian/Indian cuisine, don’t think twice ?

Divia is the best! She answered questions. She described the foods accurately. She made good suggestions. Most of all, so sweet. Good person. Good energy!! I felt comfortable and welcomed.
The food was tastey! Even with the heat, I tasted the spices. I ordered medium and spicy, both were good but I will go spicy for all dishes next time. Portions were reasonable for the price.
The atmosphere and dinning area are appropriate. Cozy chairs. Clean floors!
Highly recommend!!!

Great little spot for some excellent food. Set up is a bit weird since the seating is through a separate door from the counter but not a problem. Nice comfy chairs and couches which is a nice change from the standard wooden or metal chairs most restaurants have.
Butter chicken was delicious! The chicken pakkoro was crispy and tasty. We had miirchi bhaji (I think thats the name), green chilies deep fried in a fluffy batter and topped with tomatoes, onions, cilantro and some fried peanuts. It was an excellent dish. Naan breads were so goood, thin, crispy, chewy, seasoned well and great for sopping up the butter sauce left on the plate.
Again, comfy and fluffy chairs in the dining room. More places need this!

I had a disappointing experience with the Hyderabad biryani I ordered. The biryani was bland and lacked the rich spices and aroma that make this dish iconic. The rice was overcooked and soggy, and the meat was dry and tough. The balance of flavors was completely off, with either too much oil or none of the distinctive masalas shining through.
To make matters worse, it was falsely labeled as Hyderabad biryani but tasted like something else entirely. On top of that, they charged a premium price but seemed to be using cheap quality rice, which further ruined the texture and overall experience. Even the accompaniments like raita were disappointing.
Overall, it was a waste of time and money and did not live up to the standards of a true Hyderabad biryani. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic experience.

Got a take-out today of 3 different vegan currys and a Gobi65, All were medium spiced and were excellent. The flavors were outstandingly delicious. Very enjoyable.
Vegetarian options: The Vegan options (talk to the chef as vegan dishes don't use Paneer (Cheese), ghee (Butter), milk (use Coconut milk as an alterative), etc which differentiates vegan from vegetarian)
Dietary restrictions: The chef will work with you on special restrictions if they are possible.

I was at Bawarchi on Saturday 9/21/24 around 6:30 pm order pepper chicken and paneer pizza . Pizza was fine but instead of pepper chicken I got cauliflower?? Came home and was disappointed. Call to make sure they didn’t give my chicken to vegetarian order. Didn’t ask for refund. Was told it can’t be cauliflower, send me picture on WhatsApp so he can check with chef , also was told will refund you . Never got any response after I sent the picture?????
