My family and I have had 2 unfortunate incidents where we were at CMC hospital and needed take out. The first time was Sunday night at almost 9pm when they close They were amazing to take our order. It was fresh and delicious.
And again today as I sit in the ER we ordered from them again. And the food was earlier than planned. My steak&cheese sub is amazing and piping hot. ( real steak ) If I didn’t know any better their tomato sauce for the mozzarella sticks is home made.
This will be our go to place for now on as we spend more time than we would like at CMC

I want to say that when we got the food, it was delicious. The problem was that they delivered the order and gave it to the wrong person. Then proceeded to blame me. Argued about remaking the food. Took me 20 minutes to get them to agree to resend my food. The people at the restaurant never apologized, but the second driver did. They should have compensated something for the way they handled it.

My delivery order showed up 45 minutes late, the driver did not speak English. When I called the shop to complain the guy who answered the phone called me a racist, refused to give any kind of refund, and told me to never call them again.

Listen I'm from NY and this pizza is actually pretty good, definitely in the top 3 best pizzas around this area within a hour drive.. It's kinda like Nassau County pizza if you're from NY. I understand a lot of reviews talk about the service while ordering delivery taking long, i picked it up and the pizza was pretty quick and on-time.

Placed an order from work at 10:07 for an 11:45 delivery. At 11:19, I got an email saying my order was canceled. When I was finally able to call (At 11:40), I was told they had just opened and that if I still wanted my order, it would take about 30 minutes. I agreed and confirmed that my card had already been charged. I even asked if they needed anything else before sending it out — they said no and confirmed it would arrive in 30 minutes.

By 12:40, still no food. I called again and was told they had “tried calling me back” (no missed calls on my cell & my work number was linked to the order ) to say the order was canceled and that there was nothing they could do. If I wanted my food, it would now take another hour.

I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of communication and the fact that I was charged with no food delivered was very disappointing.

Here’s to hoping the refund hits my account soon !

Their pizza is absolutely delicious and very affordable. We went twice during a 3 day stay in the Scranton area and did not tire of it. We loved the California pie and the white and plain pies were very good as well. Very kind staff that chatted with us and treated us very well. Would definitely go again if we're back in the area!

Ordered for this place one time one of my food at 5:30. I got it at 6:30 and they wanted the food back when they were bringing me the correct time and the order ordered it again this time and guess what this time they miss a pizza you spent over $100 Each time when you call back there were some kind of oops I ain’t gonna happen again

So we ordered for my daughter's birthday. We just got a large pepperoni pizsaid. The woman on the phone kept interrupting everything. I was saying from my address to my card number. So that was pretty rude. I know she had a strong accent. So if you're trying to understand something someone saying maybe not interrupt them because she ended up sending him to. The wrong house she wrote down.Let's say 105 instead of 115 and I already paid for the pizza. So if he didn't call my phone to make sure they would've signed the slip and got the pizza. Actually, I already tipped so he just handed me the pizza. After walking down the block, the driver was very nice. However, the pizza taste disgusting. It tasted like was so hard. I'm lucky my kids didn't chip a tooth.It was like we had to order pizza from samario's because we don't want her birthday dinner. Pizza party, to be bad. Thank goodness it was just The Four of Us as a femily. But now we have one cardboard pizza and 1 pizza that everybody got stuff done. So it ended up being a good day thanks to samario's. But this place, I don't know and they raise their prices also. When I guess I have the wrong menu they raise the prices for the deal when I ask about a certain deal. The woman was very rude and told me they didn't have the blue cheese. And then proceeded to ask me how many orders of wings that I wanted when that's not what I was talking about at all.So basically one star you almost learn my daughter's birthday.

Ordered right before closing had to be their last order and they stayed open with smiles on their faces, called me when it was almost done not rushing me at all! I’m now back for the second time and I’m sure many more! The picture is from the first night!

Only problems is the service!!!
How u have the restaurant on door dash and everything u try to order it makes u choose a time for the next day????
And if u call to personally put an order in...no answer??!!!!

One time we ordered from my job and I had someone else go out and grab it for me at the time that I was busy.. My coworker came in and said that the guy demanded a tip and I said I took them over the phone using a credit card, and he had to tell the guy that he was sorry, he did not have cash on him....
To ask or wait patiently is cool but to request it ...even when we did?! 😵‍💫
