Food is amazing , the sambosa was the best I’ve ever had in my life. The spices were just perfect . 10/10 would recommend and go back. Don’t use grub hub or Uber eats , they take 40% from small businesses.

I ordered on grouphub with pick up time showing 3:55-4:05 and later suddenly the time changed to 4:20-4:30. I called at 4pm and the guy said it will be 15-20 min. He said he didn’t start preparing it. After i went and waited, he rudely said “next time, Don’t call and bother me if you order at grouphub. If you call me and order, then you can call me to check.” I tried to tell him about the issue with pick up time changing. He cut me off and said call grouphub customer care next time.Food is not bad, but nothing special. Tea was actually quite good. Hence the second star. With customer service like that, not coming back. The older guy at the front was nice.Food prices are 50% higher in grouphub.

We have ordered both the classic meal/thali and palak paneer, chapati, and jeera rice thali multiple times! Delicious vegetarian food! Highly recommend the classic meal/thali.

Food extremely average. Dealing with the restaurant owner is not worth the inferior quality of the food. Rude cashier. Acts very pricey and wait time is at least 30 mins for a simple samosa. Very poorly stocked. Will starve off Indian food but won't order from this godforsaken place only because they disrespect their customers. If I could give Shivam a zero I would. But I can't. So I give it a 1.
