Fantastic small seafood market in South Scranton! Every holiday you can expect lines, so plan ahead. The staff is friendly and they have a lot of fresh and frozen options of just about everything seafood! Here's a picture i took this morning (December 23rd) at 9:01am (right after they opened). The snow did not keep people from lining up (myself included) 🙂
When it comes to seafood, I’ve had the best experience at Southside seafood. It always seems like it’s hit and miss everywhere else but if I go to Southside, the fish is always fresh. The prices are always very reasonable.
Wonderful seafood of all sorts. I’ve never had a bad experience with any of their products. And for an added bonus, try the ravioli. It’s the best I’ve found around here outside of making it myself.
