My wife, brought me around her childhood favorite food spots and recommended this place. Hands down best Taco place around and out does all the others! Clearly the foods made with passion and they must put magic in it cause I can't stop eating.I recommended this place to everyone!! Enjoy and find out yourself. It's nothing like Taco Bell so forget that gross amateur and enjoy Taco Bandidos real food. I can't wait to go back I'm going to get as many as I can next time!! Also the hot sauce is unreal!!! See you next time we're in Scranton cause will be there any chance we get.

Food was great, great flavor, great service, very friendly decently priced food. Have eaten at authentic Mexican restaurants and the flavor was off. My family enjoyed the food and service. I recently revisited Taco Bandido after more than 15 years, and it was like stepping back in time. The beef burritos were just as delicious as I remembered, packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. The hot sauce added the perfect kick, bringing back fond memories of my frequent visits years ago. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive. To top it off, the owner came out to talk to us, which made the experience even more special. It’s rare to find a place that maintains its quality over such a long period, but Taco Bandido has done just that. I can’t wait to return and relive more of those wonderful memories. Highly recommend!
I first started going here when I was a kid when they were in Clarks Summit. I loved it then even though I had no idea about Mexican food. I visited a few times at their location by the University and then just once at the Southside location. I moved out of the area, but always had a fond remembrance of the flavor. So I decided to visit again when I was in town with family. Not having the food in over 25 years, I was nostalgic but warned the family that this "isn't good food". To my surprise, the food tasted exactly as I remembered and it was GREAT! Portion sizes are huge, service was outstanding, and price is very reasonable. Realistically, I'd rate it a 4.7 star, but I'll definitely be back.
