I got the tavern club (Honey Baked Ham and Smoked Honey Baked Turkey Breast piled high with bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo and honey mustard on multigrain bread) and I wouldn’t say it was bad I guess I was just expecting more than a single slice of ham and a single slice of turkey that were smaller than the bread and the condiments to be spread across the bread instead of in one bite and no others

Please learn how to cook potaties properly for potato salad. I've had it 3 times in about a 2 year period, and every time there are hard, uncooked potatoes mixed in.

Had the ham sandwich sat in there it was good, meal also gave a side, cookie and drink

I picked up my Christmas ham on Sunday and I have ordered hams before when I unwrapped it for Christmas dinner was very dissapointed it was burnt and no coating on it I even found a hair in it this will be the last time for me to get a ham from honey baked ham it was gross this happened one other time for me very disappointed ☹️

Ordered a bone in spiral sliced ham and it was only presided about 1/2 way through the ham. I always get this particular ham because it is presliced. Very very disappointed.

I come from Florida and have always bought hams at this franchise. And my experience today at this particular location has disappointed me. The person who helped me treated me in an unpleasant and unprofessional manner. The way he behaved was unpleasant.

Pricey, but it was good. Not really worth the price.

Honey Baked Ham is a great place for getting great sandwiches that have been taken up a notch.And they offer a great combo of a sandwich, drink, side, and cookie too!I highly recommend them!

The only problem is the service; I'm assuming the older gentleman there owns that store , but I'm not sure. He's very dismissive and always seems to be in a bad mood, giving off the impression that he doesn't like his job. He's the only employee who fails to provide good customer service; everyone else is very courteous and respectful, and greets all customers with a smile on their face.
