THIS PLACE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I booked 2 tickets to their Harry Potter event and went to check out the place before the actual event.... DOLLAR TREE DECORATIONS for a $40 dinner. I decided to cancel in person and they took 2 months to refund me. No one answers the phone and I had to go 4 times in person and leave PAPER notes on their door to finally have someone reach back out to me!!!! They also did not refund me the tip I included only the dinner reservations got refunded.. Very disappointing. PLS SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT BOOK EVENTS AT THIS PLACE. CHEAP AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! They forgot our food and appetizer. They finally gave it to us and it was cold. We said something they went to heat it up again, but it came out cold again. The Pepsi is watered down They gave me a new Pepsi It was still water down, it is also very cold in this place. I am not very happy with this place. I was expecting better especially for the price

Anyone else get scammed into purchasing the “included” butterbeer at the hogwarts event? I’ve been trying to contact the manager about this situation and I am getting no response or call back from them, I’ll be trying again tomorrow and everyday until someone talks to me. We paid 40 dollars a person and my meal was literally a piece of chicken on a bun and paid an additional 40 dollars for 4 butter beers throughout our party that should’ve been included. They advertise for kids under 3 and they weren’t even prepared to have toddlers there but serving them food on glass plates and our server dropped my 1 year old nieces Mac and cheese cause she was turned around while placing it on the table but my sister had stuck her whole hand in the bowl to catch it. The magician never even came to our table to the 2 young children that we had with us. We were able to get candy (which was hard as a rock by the way) but we noticed that before leaving with people still coming in the candy was empty for the next groups coming in to not get any. I’m not sure if this was their first year for this but they were not prepared or coordinated at all for it so I will not be coming back. And like I said I will be consistently contacting management for my money back on the butterbeers for false advertisement. We paid for our tickets with the knowledge that they were included and upon arriving being told they were 9 dollars additional.

Everyone was very friendly. We visited on a more quiet night but the food was great and their firebox margaritas and s‘mores bombs dessert were delicious.

Stopped in on a road trip. Service was pretty good, but it was a slow night. Was disappointed with the "spicy" margarita that tasted mostly of pickle brine, but the apps and meal were ok.

Cheap booze, ? ya could get hammered. Now, it’s a place for yuppy tourists. Not for locals
