My family ate lunch here after going to the aquarium. They offered an option of free kids meals with adult entree purchase, which is fantastic when you have small children. My 5 year old said the chicken nuggets were the best he ever had, and my two year old gobbled up his hot dog and fries. The stand out feature of this lovely restaurant is the attentive and friendly staff. They made us feel like VIPs. The vibe of the employees reminded me of the show The Bear in the way that they go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you for a positive dining experience!

Incredible experience! Food was cooked perfectly. Staff were excellent, communicative, attentive and down to earth!
My three year old ate a crayon… needed an extra juice box.. our every need was met, food was fresh and Paul even chatted with the teens about the NBA draft.

I had the pulled pork Mac and cheese and it was phenomenal!!!! The cheese was creamy and rich and the noodles were cooked perfectly! The bbq pork was tender and juicy with the perfect amount of sweet to tangy ratio! I definitely recommend getting this! The service was amazing, the staff were very attentive and the atmosphere is a home style feel type bar beautiful wood detailing and hanging wine bottles decked the back wall of the bar. All around excellent service, and definitely a must if you’re in the Downtown Scranton area!! Iwill definitely be coming back, very soon!!!

My family and I stopped in over the weekend. I really had high hopes after seeing this establishment featured on WNEP, but was disappointed. From the moment we entered the owner was yelling demands at his workers, whether it be about cleaning tables or hearing the yelling from kitchen about how behind they were. It was not an enjoyable experience to hear this in the dining area...but a stressful one. We had ordered an appetizer and two entrees. My entree came out first..15 minutes before my husbands meal, and they totally forgot about the app, until I got up from my seat and reminded. We then received the app at the end of our meal. Our waitress never checked on us during our meal. We had to ask the other waitress for utensils and napkins?! The food was average but not worth the $63 for a signature bar drink, cheesesteak, hamburger and buffalo fries?! Will not return due to shouting, service and cost.

Went here today with my husband and 2 girls before heading to the aquarium to celebrate our daughter's early birthday and I just have to say that the owner and his staff were very friendly and extremely outgoing. Even going above and beyond to grab a little something for the birthday girl. Everyone was talking and interacting with both my girls and just making us feel right at home. Food was delicious and prices were great. Definitely will be going back soon.

The Philly steak and cheese wasn't all that. I think they need to learn. How to Use some salt and pepper to give it some taste. The service was very good.
Great food. Had the Rodeo Burger, and It was AMAZING. The owner is professional and personable. Great place. Must try!!!

My friend and I had a great experience here. The food was so tasty. We both had the best chicken salad we'd ever had. I'm talking chunks of chicken, not the shredded up stuff. The chef adds celery and cucumber, and it gives it such a fresh taste. I had mine on top of delicious Naan bread, and my friend had it on a roll. Both were great. She got mac and cheese for her side, and I got French fries. The mac and cheese was homemade, not out of a box. The fries tasted fresh, not like they came out of a freezer. The waitress was nice and the chefs personable. We were only in Scranton for the day, but we had a great experience and will visit again when we're in town again.

Their drunks are the right blend of strong and flavorful. The atmosphere and service is as if you're a part of the family over for a dinner. The food is absolutely phenomenal I smelled their jerk chicken from the parking garage in the basement and just followed my nose. I will be returning regularly.

Just had an amazing lunch at Betty's Bar & Grill! Food is fantastic! Try the gyro and Philly Cheesesteak. Best cheesesteak I've had in PA outside of Philly. Kids eat FREE and the kid's chicken nuggets were delicious! Paul, the owner, is super friendly and he and his staff create a wonderful atmosphere. Also, bonus for great wine and beer! We'll definitely be back!
