Bacon tomato panini with the chicken pasta soup. All very good like mom made it. Quiet place you can hear your date. Very fast service. Highly recommend!

Great service and decent food for the price

Wow! Menu..Service..Food... Wow!

I am passing through town and saw the Viewpoint Diner on my way to the hotel. After looking it up and calling to confirm that breakfast was served all day, I headed over for dinner. As the host walked me to my booth, I saw the specials board and amazing looking meals in front of multiple patrons, and my breakfast for dinner plans went out the window. The menu is more than that of any old diner. It was a broad, colorful menu with professional pictures of most of the meals. I was immediately greeted by my waitress & her trainee but needed more time with the expansive menu. I ended up selecting Stuffed Shrimp (crab) and veggies and salad. I should have taken pictures, but I was too excited. Everything tasted as amazing as it looked, and the portions were hearty. The waitstaff was attentive and friendly. The whole experience was such a pleasant surprise! I wish I was going to be in town long enough to go back and try the breakfast.

The atmosphere was great. The exterior was well lit with awnings displaying their menu categories, the interior clean and inviting. It seemed like at least a few of the other tables were local regulars, which I consider a great thing.

My only suggestion would be that they round out their profile on Google to include the menu to help others find them. I didn't find what I was looking for there and took a gamble and won this time. 😉

If you get a chance, go! You won't be disappointed.

I don't come here often when I'm vacationing in the area but we always get a great meal. This visit, I only came for burgers. The beef was prepared just right and the fries were also excellent. We also got great service and ourglasses were kept filled. I've been coming to the area since the 80s and I'm glad Viewmont Diner is still here.

Showed up at 9:15 they were closed. They advertise open til 10pm. fafo.

We always get the carrot cake from here and after calling to let the manager know the cake was not good she informed me the cake was changed to cheese something but we asked for carrot cake two pieces one not touched and the other had a spoon dig in it because it was about to be ate but it was noticed something was different about the cake it look like stiff pudding it got left alone I was told to bring the cake back got money for one slice that was whole and i think it got resold and the other piece was a total waste clearly you can see it was not eaten but the fact they could not resell it we did not get the money and it was put into the garbage so how do you ask for something and they give you what they want in disguise and not give you your money back after misleading you and resell food nasty. Never to return here again and i will spread the word i know places that bring there groups here to eat STAY AWAY

Had the gyro platter and falafel app. The platter is huge!! Definitely enough to share or take home. Fresh ingredients, friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere. Less than five minutes off the interstate.
