Wendy's in Scranton

“Almost always a very long, very slow line at this drive thru. Most of the employees always seem like they hate their job, most lack people skills. A lot of them are teens of course but this is the time they need to learn how a job works. When serving the public, you gotta be pleasant. Otherwise, the food is your normal Wendy's food. I don't recall a time when my food was cold, the food always seems fresh. They don't frequently forget parts of your order or mess up a special request sandwich, like fast food restaurants are infamous for. Whenever I do go inside the restaurant, it always appears clean and well stocked.

Parking: I don't suggest parking near the building (near handicap spots) the drive thru line gets so long, it makes it almost impossible to get out of those spots.“
