This Wendy's was sad. We ordered 2 Dave's doubles with fries and a chicken nugget kids meal A lot of the girls working did not have there hair pulled back. And there was hair in the french fries. Also there was no lettuce on out burgers, that's a weird thing to forget. You would think a fast food place next to a dispensary would be packed. But this place barely had anyone there at lunch time.

I'm SO TIRED of going to ANY wendys and asking for EXTRA EXTRA pickles and getting like 2. This time??? THEY GAVE ME LITERALLY ONE PICKLE....AND IT WAS ON TOP OF MY SANDWICH!!!!!!!! Are you kidding me wendys!?!?? WOW!!!!!!

The drinks tasted nasty. I told the server. There was no offer to replace them. We paid for them. The other food wasn't much better. The chili was runny and there wasn't any meat to be seen. It didn't taste like Wendy's chili at all.

If there's a good review on this wendys it's an employee or management trying to make up for all the Real bad reviews. Worst Wendy's in the area food is never fresh always tastes like it's been sitting for days. Ive gotten sick eating from here.Id chalk it up to the teenagers they have working there or just bad management.You would think with all the bad reviews they would improve. I will literally drive all the way to downtown Scranton instead of going to this one. Garbage.Everytime I've gone here I regretted it.

1900, 22 January 2024, Female employee working at cash register sneezing and coughing directly into their hands and touching cups and orders. Loud coughing coming from back in the kitchen area. I saw someone respectfully ask to speak to the “manager”, Ryan, and he did nothing while the female employee essentially laughed in their face about it right beside him. Completely disgusting and disgraceful service here.
Went here for the new Pretzel Baconator. The concept was good and I devoured the fries as usual, however, the burger meat was so pink I could hear it mooing. Now, I can't say if they actually use fresh never frozen, but regardless it was disgusting. I usually visit Wendy's in Dickson City, but this one was closer. Never again. My boyfriend and I both got so sick after. Unfortunately, it's moments like this we wish there was another toilet in the apartment. Never going here again
