I got an iced latte it was good! I saw they use monin syrups so I didn’t get it flavored. They have a lot of seating options as well.

One of my favorite cafes in Scranton! They have such a nice space with plenty of seating. I used to spend hours here doing school work. The staff is always friendly and the coffee is great. Definitely stop by if you're in the area - the atmosphere is super warm and cozy.

I’m local to Greenridge for a number of years and I’ve really tried giving Zummos a chance but personally just don’t like it.

Their coffee is just ok, 2/5 at best. Especially their speciality drinks or lattes. In my opinion the speciality drinks are awful and they don’t even make the latte correctly.

A lot of reviews talk about the overpricing and it is 100% true. They are also out of their food before 9 or 10am every time I’ve ever went. Even going at 7.30 or 8am they are out sometimes which is ridiculous.

Personally, so many other coffee shops in the area are much better and actually don’t run out of food at 9am. The only good thing about them is they’re open on Mondays.

Unless you absolutely need coffee on a Monday go visit one of Scrantons many other coffee shops.

I called to order about getting a Vegan birthday cake & the woman said the baker would return my phone call about the options and they never did.. I have a business and I am always busy but I still manage to find time to return phone calls to customers…I gave someone else that appreciated my business my money.

I grew up in Scranton and remember going to Zummo's store when it was owned by Zummo himself and he sold penny candy. Yes, penny candy!! I'm aging myself I know.

It's great to return to the same place, but now to purchase a Chai and/or a bagel sandwich. I'm a big fan of Zummo's cafe. The quality, the service and the atmosphere all hit the mark.

My only critique is the price. I was shocked by the $12 price tag on an egg sandwich. I live near Philly and I can get a sandwich for half the price. Don't get me wrong, it was good, but not $12 good. Just because it's a boutique / neighborhood coffee shop doesn't warrant the overpriced items.

The Chai was excellent. I'm a critic of Chai and they delivered a quality cup. Kudos.

I look forward to returning.
