My wife is a hard person to please when having a steak dinner and they did an awesome job making her steak and the rest our food and our waitress was also awesome

At Applebee’s, we had a very disappointing experience due to a lack of professionalism and sensitivity regarding a serious fish allergy. When we asked our waitress about potential cross-contamination, she responded with inconsistent answers and a rude, dismissive attitude. First, she claimed everything was cooked together, then backtracked, saying the cooks could use a separate pan if it was that big of a deal. With a rude undertone, she even suggested we could just order pasta instead. Her unprofessional demeanor was concerning enough that we decided to leave without ordering. We ended up retreating to a local fast food restaurant, where we were met with kind, courteous workers—a stark contrast to our experience at Applebee’s. Unfortunately, neither the waitress nor the hostess seemed concerned about our departure, leaving us with no intention of returning.

It's all the same don't know what it is but there's something new out there and it has something to do with air frying bet ya

Typically I'd give it 5 stars, but every time we've gone lately, there's always a 20-30 minute wait & there's about 7 empty, cleaned tables. Having an impatient 4 year old w us & having to wait is a bit hard.

Was overcharged because they charged tip and price of full meal and not just meal recognizing that mom put $6 down in cash for tip

Service was extremely bad. Bus boy that delivered our food to us (for some reason) reeked of alcohol and was drunk and had an attitude. Ordered Boneless buffalo wings and they came with almost no sauce.

Fried items taste nasty, due to bad oil. Snacks are fine. Brevarages are excellent. Good vibe with family.

Had a great time at Applebee's. The food was tasty and portions were generous. The service was friendly, though it took a little longer than expected for our meals to arrive. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for a casual night out. Overall, a solid choice for a satisfying meal.
