Only giving one star because zero isn’t an options. Bellas Bliss took my $200 deposit for my wedding and then never followed through. If it weren’t for my husbands aunt we would have had no deserts for our wedding. I sent multiple Facebook messages and emails with no response and called the bakery countless times with no response and a full voicemail box so I couldn’t even leave a message. DO NOT count on them for anything. I want my money back.

I was wondering why the baker decided to drop off the cake and take off immediately without saying a word to me. I'd be embarrassed if this were my work too. I gave her a picture of this exact cake that she had made for another client. The other cake doesn't look like this, it was gorgeous. My cake is cracked all over. The fondant is raised and not level. Super disappointed in this cake. Also, the communication was absolutely horrible! Never answers calls or emails and the mailbox is always full so you can't leave messages. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! Not worth the stressful process or receiving and disappointing product!

Do not use. She is not a good sales person to work with. It takes her days and weeks to get back to you with multiple attempts...if she even gets back to you!! We used her for our wedding cake. She took her ideas and our ideas but the cake appearance was mediocre. She went simple with it basically. We chose to have a floating cake tier, she charged us $50 extra to cover it with sugar flowers and when she delivered it, it was just covered in a ribbon bow. When we contacted her to see why, she ignored every attempt. Then as one of our tiers we ordered chocolate with peanut butter and ganache filling. She didn't even include that in the cake, it was separate but never told us about it. So when our cake was served we didn't have any chocolate cake because we didn't know that she kept it separate. And when we cut the cake, the fondant and the cake was so hard and dry it was disgusting. It was the worse part of the wedding reception.I don't want to be completely negative, she did deliver it on time and with no issues and put our cake topper on for us. She did tell us the top teir was fake so we could freeze it for later. But if she told us that I didn't understand why she didn't tell us about the chocolate tier as well.I would never recommend or use her again.

We used Bella's Bliss for our wedding in September 2021 and Naomi was a pleasure to work with. Not to mention, the wedding cake, macaroons, and cupcakes were a huge hit with our guests! Naomi and her team dropped everything off on time and were very communicative throughout the whole process. Naomi also was very accommodating with changing our wedding date since we were originally supposed to get married in 2020. Would highly recommend Bella's Bliss!

Most of these five star reviews are from the owners immediate family and friends.I messaged the owner via FB to confirm she could design a baby shower cake and attached a photo. She stated a price. We put a deposit in and I tried contacting to confirm the payment was received and everything was good to go. Terrible communication on her end. Barely followed up claiming to be on vacation. Eventually, the day of the event I asked what time she was available to pick up the cake. She mentioned anytime after 10:30 AM and I said I could be there at 11:00 AM. There was a post-it note on her front door for me to go in and grab the cake. She was not at her shop though she mentioned she was available at this time. The cake was sitting in a box uncovered (no lid, no plastic wrap.. nada). The cake looked nothing like the picture I requested and looked absolutely unfinished. Pieces were falling off, there was no writing on the cake, the color was completely different. I was mortified to bring this cake to the baby shower I was hosting. I wish I would have gone elsewhere. I messaged her afterward via facebook stating my concerns and, yet again, no response though she read it. Unprofessional and careless -- this business does not seem to her priority.I absolutely suggest looking elsewhere for your bakery needs. This was an unpleasant experience.

I will say this, Bella Bliss was recommended by the wedding venue we are using which I wont state here. I was so excited when I looked at their website because the work she does is stunning. The presentation of the cupcakes are also stunnung. However, the cakes themselves were very bland and the butter cream was not good. I wished we would have had another option or two for types of icing. However, that could have been figured out I am sure. But what I will say is this, I am sure she probably could have ironed out what we liked etc, but when you do not follow up with your client, it is hard to want to do business with someone. I am in the customer service business myself and if it were me, the first thing I would want to know, is what did you think? Id really want to nail down making my client happy and moving forward with what they want. We never got a follow up and were not entirely happy with our tasting. To me, taste of your product is just as important as presentation and customer service. Sadly, we tasted our cupcakes on December 1st and still never heard back. We ended up going with another bakery which has come out on top with the tastings, follow up etc.

Naomi made the most delicious cake I have ever eaten! She made my wedding cake and all the guests raved about her lemon raspberry! (also my favorite) She was very accommodating when we needed a larger serving cake towards the wedding date.

My wife had contacted this business 2 weeks prior to our sons first birthday, requesting a cake that met his dietary restrictions. Communication was spotty at best but they eventually responded 1 week later and agreed to help us out with something simple since their response took awhile and cut us closer to the deadline. We agreed, we just needed something simple that he could eat. We arranged a date to pick up our cake (appointment only) and trying to be flexible we let them know that whatever time would work and we’d pick it up at their convenience. This is where our messages went unread and we never received a response. We would have understood if they wouldn’t have wanted to make a cake based on our sons dietary restrictions. However, to promise a cake on the day of his Birthday, never respond or communicate that you didn’t make our cake is far from professional. I’ve worked in customer service for 16 years and this place Does Not Take The Cake. I would not recommend this business to anyone that wants professionalism.

This cake was done for my daughter's 22nd birthday! It was GORGEOUS! She made it gluten free for her because of an allergy to wheat flour. We have gotten specialty cakes like this done before, but none were as ELEGANT as this one! It tasted AMAZING! It wasn't dense, which we've had with other gluten free cakes and it was delicious, with every piece eaten!, If you need a cake, I highly recommend this bakery! The price was terrific as well!
I can't speak to the quality of the service or the cake because she ghosted me after telling me she had availability for the date of my event. I followed up twice over the course of two weeks asking for a price quote for the items I wanted but she never responded again, not even to tell me she was no longer available or couldn't take my order. Just complete radio silence from that day to this one.Luckily, I had just enough time to get a cake elsewhere, but I really could have done without the extra stress and delay.

If I could rate this lower I would. I have been getting my son's birthday cakes from Bella's Bliss Bakery for years. The amount of money she charges for stale cakes should be a crime. My sons Birthday cake this year was the worst. I picked it up and for the first time someone was actually in the business. Her husband, who I had never met told me I owed $25 more for my cake. I said no, I paid in full, he didn't believe me. So called his wife twice who didn't answer, therefore he told me he would just have to take my word for it. I have never met this man and he didn't even ask for my name. Then I get the cake and go home, I live 30 mins from the business. Only to find out when I open the box there was nothing on the cake. No name, which was supposed to be there or age. When I placed my order I told her what I wanted on it and she didn't do any of it. Super disappointed.

I have ordered many cakes and pastries from Bella’s Bliss over the past several years and she never disappoints!! She has made birthday cakes and graduation cakes with great attention to detail...always going above and beyond with what I ask for. I often have a difficult time deciding what cake flavor to order, as they are all scrumptious, and her buttercream icing is the best there is! My most recent purchases have been weekly treats from her curbside options, and they have been outstanding...definitely a bright spot in my week during these quarantined times! Order and you will not be disappointed!!!!
