I am a poke bowl addict. Love them! However, the portions are now too small and not worth the $17.00 for lunch. It was my favorite but not anymore. I shouldn't be hungry after finishing a $17.00 lunch.

Armature location is probably one of the worse ran businesses I’ve ever seen. They hire anyone and everyone they can find and it shows. I wasted over an hour of my time waiting for food that never came and was lied to numerous times. Beyond incompetent people at this facility.

Ordered Nigiri and was told they didn't sell it anymore. Got a bento box with Japanese Curry that was really runny. Drink options were limited. Won't be back anytime soon.

Food, service and prices are good, but they don't take cash, so I had to borrow a credit card from who I was eating with in order to pay. I am a cash only person, so I won't be back for this reason.
I used to LOVE bento. Not anymore. I spend so much money only to get terrible quality food. Why is the chicken in the Pao Pao option always super crunchy looking? My Pao Pao bowl, spring rolls, and edamame were just terrible. Spring rolls so soaked in oil and over cooked that they left the fried bits from the fryer in my order. The chicken was rock hard and not edible. I shouldn’t have to break a tooth to eat my meal.

New Kissimmee Margaritaville location is amazing. My order is always correct and tastes amazing. Just ate in house for the first time after COVID reopening and the place is immaculately clean. Every single employee was wearing a mask and wearing them properly. Absolutely feel comfortable eating there again. 10/10 definitely recommend.
