Horrible customer service by the young lady at the register this afternoon, very unprofessional attitude. Asked for me and my friends order to be separate and the cashier gave me a big deep sigh. Very rude will not be returning if she is working. Somebody need’s to fire her.

The staff are always friendly here and the portions are generous.

Not one to normally post reviews but this was the smallest bowl I’ve ever gotten at a chipotle.

I got an online order and half of my bowl was empty and so was my boyfriends. If your going to be expensive at least give us our money's worth.

For being a company that prides themselves on having fresh food available, you sure seem to be out of a lot of food during the day. This is incredibly impressive considering during your busy hours of the day you will only have one person on the line and have one or two people prepping food and another one to two people making mobile orders. Another issue with this location is the lack of urgency of the employees, you can place a mobile order for pick up at a certain time and it is almost never available until 10-15 min after the scheduled pick up time.

Honestly, just go to Lewisburg prices are better. Portions are better. Food isn't still a day old at noon. Chicken dry & steak dead cook literally anything before noon would be a great start to turning this place around . Luckily I had a buy one get one that expired today. It's the only reason I would ever visit this location.

So I DoorDash full-time and I saw new people working in there today and I noticed they put three burrito bowls into one bag and now my customer has to suffer with damaged food because of the incompetent people they have working at this business. Do not know how to package food correctly. That is lousy lazy teenagers shouldn’t be hired if they’re just going to do stuff like that.
