Terrible. Got here at 9:10 mind you, they close at 10pm. They were Out of steak, chips & white rice. Disappointed.. but even more when everything in my bowl was cold! The person I was with got a wrap & his was cold as well. It would be one thing if we came in 10 mins before you closed.. (I can understand, I work in food service) but 50 mins is insane. Do better man cmon. Obviously sucks to not get out of there right away, but you know when you took the job what comes with it.

Do not order doordash or uber eats from here. My girlfriend and I have tried to order multiple times over the past 6 months, and every time the order is immediately canceled by the restaurant. This would be fine, as the money is always refunded in one way or another, however upon reaching out to them they try to skate around it and claim that the restaurant is unable to cancel orders. That would be fine, however according to the doordash website and frequently asked questions as well as doordash customer service, the restaurant is able to cancel the order for a multitude of reasons, including the store just being busy. Had we received this answer from the restaurant staff itself, there would be no issue. However, due to the fact that they have been unable to provide an accurate response to the situation, it has provided a very unwelcoming experience.

The door next to the handicap parking spaces was locked and inaccessible. This should be an ADA violation. This is the second time this has happened at this location. Forced to walk around the side of the building to the front entrance, where the parking spaces are reserved for mobile orders. Addressed issue with manager Rebecca, she was unphased, unapologetic, and stated “it was a managers decision to have that door locked.” Lack of accessibility is unacceptable. Won’t be returning until this is changed.

Ashley is an absolute gem! I was blown away by her incredible speed in resolving my issue. Not only that, but her attitude was so positive it really made my day! Her customer service skills are top-notch; she truly went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Ashley is a shining example of what exceptional service looks like. The amount of food I got for the price I paid was very nice. They filled it up very well, a lot better than other locations. Definitely my top location as of now.

For the price they charge they need to give bigger Portions, it's barely any rice and meat in my rice bowl they definitely lose my business
