Horrible experience with the owner...she's not a pleasant person. Stepson placed an order from the app but since he was at home and my wife was picking up the order it was never made because the location showed he wasn't close to the store. So therefore the order was never made. Owner said we have to drive back down there to pick up cash in an envelope. Its a 45 minute drive each way. This is a horrible business practice. I wouldn't dream of talking to customers the way she does....

I walked in and got a cold reaction not one person greeted me except for two people and it was an hey guys. We ordered a LG Reeses Carmel crave, a LG Oreo blizzard and a LG peanut butter chocolate shake and it was made so sloppy that I was no sooner out of the parking lot they were all but melted. I feel like their doing this all because I walked out and bettered my self. Plus I feel that their should be a better dress code than what their is in place as of now. The young teenage girls should not be aloud to wear tight spandex pants or short shorts. That is my opinion. DQ socks corporate needs to take it from the family that has it now.

Got lied to about a refund, then management told me I never said the names I gave them (I did). So was out 42$ on ice cream. Other staff is super nice, they're not to blame. Ice cream is fine, could do better at any non corporate place. Just go support your local mom and pop place instead.

I literally went in hoping to get an ice cream cupcake, because they're hard to come by where I live. They had them, which made VERY happy! Iwas in and out so quickly, that I didn't get to see anything else, but what I did see was clean and nice.

Best fast food on the strip hands down,burgers are amazing, ice cream very good,everything there is very good,I would recommend to ANYONE

Friendly, helpful and patient servers deliver food to your table and they prepare your preordered ice cream after you've had time to eat your meal. Just show your receipt to the counter when you're ready

I normally love Dairy Queen, but I had a really frustrating experience at this location. After waiting in a long drive-thru line, I was told I couldn’t order the Blizzard I wanted unless I used the app. That would’ve been fine if the app actually worked—but it kept giving me an error every time I tried to check out.

Despite clearly seeing I was trying to place the order, the staff wouldn’t make the Blizzard or offer a workaround. They easily could’ve charged me for a different Blizzard at the window and just made the one I wanted, especially since the issue was on DQ’s end. Instead, I was left without my order after wasting time and energy.

Really disappointed in the lack of flexibility and customer service. If you’re going to push app-only promotions, at least make sure the app works—or be willing to help when it doesn’t.

The manager is so friendly when you walk in. She remembers her regulars. And always greats them. And if you dont get youre normal she will ask. No ice cream. Or ect. I choose to go there because there all so friendly.
