Emily you were amazing! I found myself with very high emotions while visiting this location. I recently lost my boyfriend and this was the first dinner there without him. Emily showed me such kindness and went well above and beyond her call of duty. She asked me what she could do, she hugged me and apologized for my loss. Red Robin has a very special young lady working there. Emily I will be back and looking for you. Thank you
Service was very slow and when the food did come out, it wasn’t fresh and was borderline cold. My son received the wrong burger and they just added a bowl of the back fondue to the incorrect border. The restaurant was f even busy at the time and seemed to have more than enough workers wandering around. Definitely not a good experience!
Normally a huge fan of Red Robin; but, tonight, after 1 refill of fries (rather small portions to begin with), the server asked if we wanted dessert and then brought our check. It wasn't even 8pm and they closed at 11; so, not like we were closing the place. Felt like they were pushing us out the door.
